Joanna Gosk

My name is Joanna Gosk. I am the only Certified Transactional Analyst in Poland in the field of organisation, Supervisor and Teacher of Transactional Analysis under contract with the European Association for Transactional Analysis. I am a recommended Level I trainer of the Polish Psychological Association. I have been teaching AT to others for over 15 years and use it in my coaching work with managers and coaches, intervening in organisations, designing change processes with clients, but also in my day-to-day work as a coach, team coach and agile coach. Together with Katarzyna Balcerkiewicz, I co-founded the first Transactional Analysis School in Poland, which has had over 500 graduates and 43 editions. As of 2018, I am certified as a Training 101 instructor.
When working with clients, it is important for me to create an atmosphere of mutual respect and focus on solutions. I am committed to offering clients a way of working that is firmly grounded in the context of the person I am working with, while having a real impact on the client's business.
When communicating with others, I am primarily concerned with being open and maintaining an OK - OK position. I try to explain even the most complicated issues in a methodical but understandable way. Combining business strategy with a broad knowledge of business psychology and organisational operations, allows me to accurately diagnose even very complex situations, find the real causes of problems and propose an effective action plan.
