TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THE WEBSITE, GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ENTERING INTO CONTRACTS AND FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, INCLUDING ELECTRONIC SERVICES, BY THE PSYCHOLOGY LAB MEETING
These Regulations specify the rules for the use of the website, the general conditions for entering into agreements, the rules and manner of providing services, including electronic services, by PRACOWNIA PSYCHOLOGICZNA SPOTKANIE KATARZYNA BALCERKIEWICZ, with its registered office in Poznań, hereinafter referred to as "Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie", via the website. shop.grupaspotkanie.plhereinafter referred to as the "Service".
§1
GENERAL INFORMATION
- The owner of the website, which is operated under the domain name shop.grupaspotkanie.pl is PRACOWNIA PSYCHOLOGICZNA SPOTKANIE KATARZYNA BALCERKIEWICZ with registered office in Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 42/2 60-786 Poznań; NIP 779-163-83-68, REGON 634219495, e-mail address: sekretariat@grupaspotkanie.pl, telephone contact+48 606 424 200
- These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both consumers and non-consumers using the Website, with the exception of §13 of the Terms and Conditions, which is addressed exclusively to non-consumers.
- The administrator of the personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations is Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie. Personal data is processed for the purposes, to the extent and on the basis of the principles indicated in the Privacy and Security Policy published on the Website. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Each person whose personal data is processed by the Meeting Psychological Laboratory has the right to inspect its content and the right to update or correct it; the right to delete the data, commonly known as the "right to be forgotten"; the right to transfer the data.
- Definitions:
- Meeting Psychology Workshop - the owner of the Service as defined in §1 paragraph 1;
- Service - Internet platform operating under the domain of sklep.grupaspotkanie.pl;
- Regulations - a document specifying the principles of using the Service, general terms and conditions of concluding agreements, principles and manner of providing services, including services by electronic means, by Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie;
- Business day - one day from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays;
- Client - a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable laws, also a natural person with limited legal capacity, or a legal person or organisational unit without legal personality, to which legal capacity is granted by law - who has concluded or intends to conclude an Agreement with Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie or uses or intends to use at least one Service or Electronic Service;
- Civil Code - Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws 1964 no. 16, item 93 as amended);
- Registration Form - a form available on the Website to create an Account;
- Order Form - Electronic Service, an interactive form available on the Website that allows zło place an Order, in particular by adding Services or Products to an electronic shopping cart and specifying the terms of the Agreement, including payment;
- Account - Electronic Service, designated by an individual name (login) and password provided by the Customer. Upon creation of an Account, the Customer becomes the sole owner of the access data to the Account;
- Product - a movable item available on the Website which is the subject of a Contract of Sale between the Client and Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie;
- Service - the functionality available on the Website for a fee, not of a material nature, which is the subject of an Agreement between the Client and the Meeting Psychology Studio;
- Electronic Service - a service provided electronically by Meeting Psychology Studio to the Client via the Service;
- A contract for the provision of a Service, either concluded or entered into between the Client and Meeting Psychology Studio, through the Service or any other type of contract as individually defined in the Terms and Conditions;
- Consumer Rights Act - Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended);
- Order - a declaration of will made by the Customer using the Order Form and aiming directly at concluding an Agreement with Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie;
- User Panel - an area of the Website where the Customer, after creating an Account, can obtain information on orders in progress, access order history, possibility to change the password, personal data and other additional information provided by the Customer;
§2
ELECTRONIC SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE PSYCHOLOGICAL LABORATORY MEETING
- The Encounter Psychology Studio makes the following Electronic Services available to Clients on the Website:
- Account - the creation and use of an Account is possible after the Customer completes two consecutive steps - (1) fills in the Registration Form with correct, factually correct data, (2) clicks the field "Register". In the Registration Form, it is necessary for the Customer to provide the following data: user name, electronic mail address (e-mail), password. The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to use the electronic Service provided. The service is provided free of charge for an unlimited period of time. The Client has the possibility, at any time and without giving any reason, to delete the Account (resignation from the Electronic Service) by sending an appropriate request to the Meeting Psychological Laboratory, in particular by e-mail to the address: sekretariat@grupaspotkanie.pl or in writing (by correspondence) to the address: Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 42/2 60-786 Poznań;
- Enquiry Form - any contact form made available on the Website, a service made available by the Meeting Psychology Studio free of charge, giving the possibility to 1TP1Create an enquiry concerning the offer and content made available on the Website. Submitting an enquiry via the Enquiry Form is voluntary. In order to use the form, all required fields must be completed, i.e. the data necessary to provide the service must be provided, which varies depending on the form selected, but is necessary to provide an appropriate response. The data provided will be processed in accordance with the Privacy and Security Policy made available on the Website. By using the Enquiry Form, the Customer agrees to the processing of his/her personal data contained in the form in order to receive an answer to the question asked.
- Order form - the service is provided free of charge, is a one-time service and terminates at the time of the złaking of the Order through it or at the time of the Customer's earlier discontinuation of the Order through it.
- The technical requirements recommended to work with the information system used by the Meeting Psychology Workshop: (1) computer, laptop or other multimedia device with access to the Internet; (2) access to e-mail; (3) web browser: Mozilla Firefox version 50.0 or higher, Internet Explorer version 11.0 or higher, Opera version 35.0 or higher, Google Chrome version 48.0. or higher, Safari version 10.0 or higher; (4) recommended minimum screen resolution: 1024×768; (5) enable cookies and Javascript in your browser.
- The Customer is obliged to use the Service in a manner that is in accordance with the law and good manners, taking into account respect for the personal rights and copyrights and intellectual property of the Psychology Meeting Centre and third parties. The Customer is obliged to enter data in accordance with the actual state of affairs. The client is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature.
- The Customer has the right to submit complaints relating to the provision of electronic Services by the Meeting Psychology Studio and other complaints relating to the operation of the Service (excluding the procedure for complaints about the Service or the Product, which is presented in §10 of the Regulations):
- electronically by e-mail to:Â sekretariat@grupaspotkanie.pl;
- in writing (by mail) to the address: Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 42/2 60-786 Poznań;
- It is recommended that the Customer provide the following in the description of the complaint: information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the irregularity and the Customer's request, as well as contact details of the complainant - this will facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Meeting Psychological Laboratory. The requirements given in the preceding sentence are only in the form of a recommendation and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints 1TP1Forged with the omission of the recommended description of the complaint.
- A response to the complaint by the Meeting Psychology Studio shall be given immediately, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of its delivery or receipt at the e-mail address.
§3
CONTRACT AND CONDITIONS FOR ITS CONCLUSION
- Prior to concluding the Contract, the Client may contact the Meeting Psychological Laboratory by e-mail, at the following e-mail address sekretariat@grupaspotkanie.plto determine the individualised characteristics of the Service or Product. Once the individualised characteristics of a Service or Product have been established, they shall be added to the offer on the Website and made available to the Customer, with a view to concluding an Agreement in accordance with §3 (4) of the Terms and Conditions.
- The conclusion of the Agreement between the Client and the Meeting Psychology Studio shall take place after the złaking of the Order by the Client via the Order Form on the Website.
- The price of the Service or Product shown on the Website is given in Polish złotych and is a net price. The price field indicates that VAT must be added to this amount. The Customer shall be informed of the total price including taxes of the Services or Products which are the subject of the Order and of any other additional charges, and when the amount of such charges cannot be determined - of the obligation to pay them, on the Website when placing the Order, including when the Customer expresses the intention to be bound by the Agreement with Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie.
- Procedure for concluding an Agreement on the Site using the Order Form: the conclusion of an Agreement between the Client and Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie takes place after the Client has złaken an Order on the Site using the Order Form. Following the złaking of an Order, the Meeting Psychology Studio immediately confirms its receipt and at the same time accepts the Order for execution. Confirmation of the receipt of the Order and its acceptance for processing shall be made by sending the Customer a relevant electronic message to the electronic mail address (e-mail) provided when placing the Order. The message sent by Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie contains at least a statement of receipt of the Order and its acceptance for fulfilment as well as confirmation of the conclusion of the Agreement. Upon receipt by the Customer of the above message, the Agreement between the Customer and Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie is concluded.
- The content of the concluded Agreement is recorded, secured and made available to the Client by making these Terms and Conditions available on the website of the Service and by sending the Client an electronic message to the electronic mail address (e-mail) referred to in §3 section 4 of the Terms and Conditions. The content of the Agreement is additionally recorded and secured in the computer system of the Meeting Psychological Centre.

SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OFFERED BY THE PSYCHOLOGICAL LABORATORY MEETINGÂ AND LIMITATIONS
- Services offered by the Psychological Laboratory Meeting
- VOD training courses - pre-prepared and developed online training courses in video format, available on demand.
- The services offered by the Encounter Psychological Workshop are not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical or pharmacological treatment and are purely educational.
- Contracts entered into with Meeting Psychology Studio outside the Service are subject to separate arrangements and are not bound by these Terms and Conditions.
§4 a
VOD TRAINING
- The VOD training courses made available on the Service constitute educational material on a given topic presented in the offer, previously developed by an expert, in video form.
- By purchasing the VOD Material Access Service, the Customer gains access to the material published on the Website.
- The customer gains access to the material under the terms of the offer and these Terms and Conditions.

HR Master Meeting personal data and use of image
- Pursuant to article 81 section 1 of the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights (Dz.U.06.90.631 j.t.), a participant of the HR Master Meeting event agrees to the dissemination of his or her image by the Meeting Group based in Poznań. The consent includes the recording and use of the participant's image in all photographs and audiovisual recordings made during the event. The participant declares that the above-mentioned dissemination of the participant's image does not violate his or her personal rights, in accordance with Article 23 of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws 64.16.93 as amended).
- In connection with Article 81(1) of the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act and Article 6(1)(a) - voluntary consent of the RODO Regulations, I grant the Meeting Group permission to:
a) To record, use and distribute my image for marketing purposes, Â
b) Repeated dissemination of my image in the form of a photograph, an excerpt from a photograph or a film in all fields of exploitation known at the time of consent, in which the image is recorded, such as, but not limited to, the following on the website, blog, social media and advertising/promotional materials.Â
(c) This consent is given voluntarily in accordance with Article 4(11) of the DPA, without limitation in time and territory and free of charge.
§5
CONTRACT OF SALE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ITS CONCLUSION
- Prior to concluding the Contract of Sale, the Customer may contact Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie by e-mail at the e-mail address of Pracownia Spotkanie in order to establish the individualised characteristics of the Product. Following the determination of the individualised characteristics of the Product, it is added to the offer on the website of the Service and made available to the Customer in order to conclude the Contract in accordance with §3 section 4 of the Regulations.
- The conclusion of a Contract of Sale between the Customer and Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie takes place after the Customer has złaken an Order via the Order Form on the Website.
- The price of a Product shown on the Website is given in Polish złotych and is a net price. Each time in the price field there is a note that VAT is added to this amount. The Customer is informed of the total price including taxes of the Products that are the subject of the Order and of any other additional charges, and when the amount of such charges cannot be determined - of the obligation to pay them, on the Website during the placement of the Order, including at the moment of expressing the Customer's will to be bound by the Sales Agreement with Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie.
§6
EFFECTIVE FORM OF CONTACT
- The Meeting Psychology Workshop provides an effective form of contact:
- electronic - by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address sekretariat@grupaspotkanie.pl;
- in writing (by mail) to the address: Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 42/2 60-786 Poznań;
- After creating an Account, the customer has the possibility of updating his/her data by sending an appropriate request to the electronic mail address (e-mail): sekretariat@grupaspotkanie.pl or by making the change yourself in the User Panel.
- Electronic notification of cancellation of the Electronic Service should be made from the electronic mail address (e-mail) provided during the setting up of the Account or the address updated at a later date and made available in the User Panel.
- The customer has the option to change the electronic mail address (e-mail) provided when creating the Account by sending a request to the sekretariat@grupaspotkanie.pl or individually in the User Panel.
§7
FORM, METHOD AND DATE OF PAYMENT
- The Encounter Psychological Workshop provides the following methods of payment for the Contract to Clients:
- 1.payment by bank transfer through the PAYU payment system
- 2.electronic payment through the PAYU payment system;
- Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie and the payment systems made available do not charge the Customer with additional costs of payment execution, however, the Customer, depending on his/her own preferences and the choice of the entity making the payments, in particular: a bank, a savings and loan association, the Polish Post Office or another type of institution may charge the Customer with a commission or other additional costs for payment execution.
- An invoice is issued with each Order.
§8
THE COST, METHOD OF DELIVERY AND THE TIME LIMIT FOR FULFILMENT OF THE ORDER WHICH IS A SERVICE
- The Meeting Psychological Workshop provides the following forms of fulfilment of the Order being a Service to the Clients:
- electronic - no territorial restrictions on the execution of the Order;
- stationary - according to the offer available on the Website.
- The Customer shall not incur any additional costs for activating the Service.
- The deadline for the fulfilment of an Order which is a Service is up to 21 Working Days, unless a shorter deadline is specified in the description of the relevant Service or during the placement of the Order. In the case of Services with different start dates, the longest date given shall be binding, but shall not exceed 21 Working Days.
- The time limit shall be counted from the moment when Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie accedes to the execution of the Agreement in accordance with §3(4) of the Regulations, with the proviso that if the Client chooses the method of payment by bank transfer (prepayment), the time limit shall run no earlier than from the date on which the payment is credited to the bank account of Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie.
§9
THE COST, METHOD OF DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME OF THE ORDER BEING THE PRODUCT
- The Meeting Psychological Laboratory provides the Customer with the following forms of delivery for an Order being a Product:
- electronic - no territorial restrictions on the execution of the Order;
- by correspondence - available in the territory of the Republic of Poland;
- personal collection - at the training venues, by prior arrangement;
- Depending on the form of delivery chosen, the Customer shall bear the costs of delivery of the Product or Products:
- electronic - delivery is free of charge;
- by post - delivery is chargeable, however, the Meeting Psychological Workshop has the right in certain cases to reduce the cost of delivery or to offer free delivery. The cost of delivery via courier service is 16.00 złotych gross when paid by bank transfer (prepayment). The costs of delivery of the Product(s) (including any transport, delivery and postal charges) are indicated to the Customer when the Order is placed, including when the Customer expresses his/her will to be bound by the Sales Contract.
- personal collection - delivery is free of charge;
- If you choose mail delivery, Encounter Psychology Studio delivers your Order via a shipping company of your choice.
- The deadline for delivery of the Order to the Customer is up to 21 Business Days unless a shorter deadline is specified in the description of the Product or during the Order placement process. In the case of Products with different delivery periods, the delivery period shall be the longest period stated, which shall not, however, exceed 21 Business Days.
- This period shall be counted from the moment Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie accedes to the execution of the Sales Agreement in accordance with §3(4) of the Regulations, subject to the fact that if the Client chooses the method of payment by bank transfer (prepayment), the period shall commence no earlier than from the date of crediting the payment to Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie's bank account.
- Personal collection at the point of the organised training course requires prior confirmation, after 1TP1Position of the Order to the electronic mail address (e-mail):Â Â sekretariat@grupaspotkanie.pl.
§10
COMPLAINT ABOUT A SERVICE OR PRODUCT
- The legal basis and scope of responsibility of Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie towards the Client if the sold Service or Product has a physical or legal defect (warranty) are specified in the generally applicable provisions of law, in particular the Civil Code.
- The Meeting Psychology Studio is obliged to perform the ordered Service in a manner in accordance with the Agreement and in the best faith, and to deliver the ordered Product without defects.
- The customer has the option of 1TP1Complaints:

- in writing (by mail) to the address: Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 42/2 60-786 Poznań;
- It is recommended that the Customer provide the following in the description of the complaint: information and circumstances relating to the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect and the request for the manner of performance of the Service in accordance with the Agreement or release of the Product in accordance with the Agreement or a declaration of price reduction or declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement, as well as the contact details of the person submitting the complaint - this will facilitate and accelerate the processing of the complaint by the Meeting Psychology Studio. The requirements specified in the preceding sentence are in the form of a recommendation only and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints 1TP1Complaints made with the omission of the recommended description of the complaint.
- The Meeting Psychological Laboratory shall respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of its delivery or receipt at the e-mail address. Failure to respond within the aforementioned period, by operation of law, means that Psychological Meeting Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie has acknowledged the complaint as justified.
§11
OUT-OF-COURT COMPLAINT AND REDRESS PROCEDURES AND RULES ON ACCESS TO THESE PROCEDURES
- Detailed information concerning the possibility for the Customer who is a consumer to use out-of-court ways of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims, as well as rules of access to these procedures, are available at the offices and on the websites of district (city) consumer ombudsmen, social organisations whose statutory tasks include protecting consumers and Provincial Commercial Inspection Inspectorates.
- A client who is a consumer has the right to contact the Meeting Psychological Laboratory for assistance in exercising his or her rights of out-of-court redress.
§12
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance does not apply, among others, to contracts in which the subject of the performance is a non-refabricated product, produced to the consumer's specification or serving to meet his/her individual needs; to contracts for the provision of services, if Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie has performed the service in full with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the performance started, that after the provision of the service by Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie, he/she will lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
- Subject to §12(1) of the Terms and Conditions, a consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without stating a reason and without incurring costs. Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet it. The consumer has the right to złose a declaration of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement:

- in writing (by mail) to the address: Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 42/2 60-786 Poznań;
- A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827 as amended) and is additionally available in Annex No. 1 to the Regulations. The consumer may use the model form, but this is not obligatory.
- The period for withdrawal shall begin:
- for a Sales Agreement in the performance of which the Meeting Psychological Laboratory issues a Product being obliged to transfer its ownership to the Customer who is a consumer - from the moment of taking possession of the Product by the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer other than the carrier, and in the case of a Sales Agreement which: involves a number of Products which are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from taking possession of the last Product, batch or part, or involves the regular delivery of Products for a fixed period of time - from taking possession of the first Product;
- for other contracts, from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
- In the event of withdrawal from a Contract concluded at a distance, the Contract shall be deemed not to have been concluded.
- Psychological Encounter Studio is obliged to return all payments made by the consumer to the consumer immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days of receipt of the consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement. Psychological Encounter Studio shall refund the payment using the same method of payment used by the consumer customer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of refund that does not involve any additional costs for the consumer.
- Possible costs associated with the consumer's withdrawal from the Contract that he is obliged to bear:
- If the consumer has chosen a delivery method for the Product other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method available on the Website, shop.grupaspotkanie.pl shall not be obliged to reimburse the consumer for any additional costs incurred by him.
- The Consumer shall bear the direct costs of delivery of the returned Product(s) to Meeting Psychology Studio.
- In the case of a Service, the performance of which - at the express request of the consumer - has begun before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the consumer who exercises his right of withdrawal after having made such a request, shall be obliged to pay for the services performed until the withdrawal from the Agreement. The amount of payment shall be calculated in proportion to the extent of the performance, taking into account the price or remuneration agreed in the Contract. If the price or remuneration is excessive, the basis for calculating this amount shall be the market value of the performance performed.
- The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance does not apply to the consumer in relation to contracts: in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations on the financial market, over which Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie does not control, and which may occur before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract; in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations on the financial market, over which Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie does not control, and which may occur before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract; in which the subject of the performance is a non-refabricated Product, produced according to the consumer's specification or serving to satisfy his/her individualised needs; in which the subject of the performance is a Product supplied in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygienic reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery; where the subject matter of the supply is Products which, due to their nature, remain unconnected with other things after delivery; where the subject matter of the supply is sound or visual recordings or computer software supplied in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened after delivery; for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of a subscription contract; concluded by means of a public auction; for the supply of digital content which is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's express consent before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal from the Agreement and after the consumer has been informed by Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie of the loss of the right to withdraw from the Agreement.
§13
PROVISIONS CONCERNING NON-CONSUMER CUSTOMERS
- This paragraph of the Terms and Conditions and the provisions contained herein apply only to Customers who are not consumers.
- Psychological Studio Meeting has the right to withdraw from an Agreement concluded with a Client who is not a consumer within 14 calendar days from the date of its conclusion. Withdrawal from the Agreement in this case may take place without giving any reason and does not give rise to any claims on the part of the non-consumer Client against the Psychological Studio Meeting.
- In the case of Clients who are not consumers, Meeting Psychology Studio has the right to limit the available payment methods, including requiring prepayment in full or in part, regardless of the payment method selected by the Client.
- Pursuant to Article 558 §1 of the Civil Code, the liability of Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie under warranty for the Service or Product towards the Client who is not a consumer is excluded.
- In the case of Clients who are not consumers, Meeting Psychology Studio may terminate the contract for the provision of Electronic Services with immediate effect and without indicating the reasons, by sending the Client an appropriate statement.
- The liability of the Meeting Psychological Studio towards the non-consumer Customer, regardless of its legal basis, shall be limited - both as a single claim and for all claims in total - to the amount of the price paid and the costs of delivery under the Contract, but no more than one thousand złotych. Encounter Psychological Studio shall only be liable towards the non-consumer Customer for typical damages foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the Contract and shall not be liable for lost profits towards the non-consumer Customer.
- Any disputes arising between Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie and a Client who is not a consumer shall be referred to the Polish common court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Pracownia Psychologiczne Spotkanie.
§16
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
- The administrator of the personal data is the Meeting Psychological Workshop.
- Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie makes every, greatest effort to ensure the maximum security of protection of the personal data of its Customers, during their presence on the Website, during the process of placing an order and the processing of such data in connection with the fulfilment of the order, as well as responding to queries sent and handling the Order.
- Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie processes the Customers' personal data only to the extent necessary for the proper performance of the Order or the Electronic Service, transfers or entrusts the processing of personal data to other entities only for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper and due performance of the Electronic Service or the performance of the Order, for statistical and analytical purposes, researching the level of Customers' satisfaction.
§17
FINAL PROVISIONS
- Contracts concluded by Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie are concluded in Polish.
- The Meeting Psychological Workshop reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations in accordance with its obligations under generally applicable law.
- In the case of conclusion of continuous agreements on the basis of these Terms and Conditions (e.g. provision of electronic services - Account), the amended Terms and Conditions are binding upon the Customer, provided that the requirements specified in Articles 384 and 384[1] of the Civil Code have been met, i.e. the Customer has been correctly notified of the amendments and has not terminated the agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of notification. In the event that the amendments to the Terms and Conditions result in the introduction of any new fees or an increase in the current fees, the Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
- In the case of the conclusion of contracts of a nature other than continuous contracts (e.g. a contract of sale) on the basis of these Regulations, the amendments to the Regulations shall in no way affect the rights acquired by the Customers who were consumers before the date on which the amendments to the Regulations became effective. In particular, the amendments to the Regulations shall not affect any Orders already placed or złaken, or contracts concluded, executed or performed.
- In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: Civil Code; the Act on Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended); for Sales Agreements concluded with Customers who are consumers, the provisions of the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended); and other relevant provisions of generally applicable law.
Regulations published on 25 February 2022, enter into force on 25 February 2022.
