CONCEPTS
- Psychology Workshop Meeting - Pracownia Psychologiczna Spotkanie Katarzyna Balcerkiewicz, with registered office in Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 42/2 60-786 Poznań, NIP 779-163-83-68, REGON 634219495;
- Service -a web-based platform operating under the domain www.grupaspotkanie.pl;
- Customer -a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable laws, also a natural person with limited legal capacity, or a legal person or organisational unit without legal personality, to which legal capacity is granted by law - who has concluded or intends to conclude an Agreement with Spot Psychology or uses or intends to use at least one Service or Electronic Service;
- Product -a movable item available on the Website which is the subject of a Contract of Sale between the Client and the Meeting Psychology Studio;
- Service -the paid functionality available on the Website, not of a material nature, which is the subject of an Agreement between the Client and the Meeting Psychology Studio;
- Agreement -an agreement for the provision of a Service, either concluded or entered into between the Client and the Meeting Psychology Studio, through the Service or any other type of agreement as individually defined in the Terms and Conditions;
- Electronic service -the service provided electronically by the Meeting Psychology Studio to the Client via the Service;
PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER
The controller of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: the Regulation) is the Meeting Psychological Workshop.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
During the user's or Client's presence on the Website, in particular when using the Electronic Services or making a purchase of a Product or service made available by the Meeting Psychology Studio on the Website or using the Electronic Services, they may be asked to provide (share) their personal data. The scope of the entrustment of one's data is divided into mandatory and optional data, each time specified in an adapted form for the entry of such data, according to the needs of the Product, Service or Electronic Service that the user or Client intends to use. The provision of data is always voluntary, but sometimes necessary for the correct fulfilment of the order or Electronic Service.
Data processing takes place only for the purpose for which they have been made available to the Meeting Psychological Laboratory. Data processing for marketing purposes takes place only after separate consent has been obtained by the user or Client of the Service. The purpose of the Privacy and Security Policy is to specify the actions taken by the Meeting Psychology Studio with regard to the protection of personal data processed, including that collected through the Website, such as registration, placing orders, recording data on servers and any other identical data processing activities when using the Website. All activities of the Meeting Studio are subject to the provisions of Polish law and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation). The Privacy and Security Policy is subject to the provisions of Polish law and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation).
DURATION OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Service Customer's data will be processed for the duration of the contract for the provision of the Electronic Service and up to 30 days after the termination of the contract for the provision of the Electronic Service, and in the case of a concluded Contract, for the duration of the execution of that contract and up to 10 years after its execution or withdrawal from the Contract.
VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Each user or customer of the Website, in order to use the Electronic Services or to złake an order, has the right to enter data voluntarily. In the case of the use of certain services, including during the ordering process, the input of data, although voluntary, may be necessary for the performance of the Electronic Service or the fulfilment of the order.
The data (mandatory) to be entered in the event of using the Electronic Service or completing an order are always specified in the form for entering this data.
RIGHT OF ACCESS TO DATA
Every user or client of the Service has the right to access and correct their data, in particular by accessing the Client Panel or by contacting the Meeting Psychology Studio.
If you are contacted by the Encounter Psychological Workshop, a vetting of your person will be carried out for security reasons.
RIGHT TO ERASURE
Respecting the right of users and clients of the Meeting Psychology Studio, we would like to inform you that each person has the right to have their data deleted. This right is commonly referred to as the "right to be forgotten". The Meeting Psychological Workshop is obliged to delete any data of the requesting person, provided that there will be no other legal basis for further processing of this data, such a basis may arise from, for example: the obligation to keep financial records. However, if it is not possible to carry out the request we will inform you of this with an indication of the legal basis.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
At the express request of the person whose data is processed by the Encounter Psychological Studio, we will send you a file with your data structured in a commonly used format. As part of this right, you can also indicate the entity to whom we, as data controller, should send your data.
It may take up to 30 days for this right to be exercised. At the same time, for security reasons, we will carry out a verification of your person to ensure that your data goes to the right person.
SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Pracownia Spotkanie declares that it processes the personal data of users and Customers of the Service in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, and that it applies technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data appropriate to the risks and categories of data covered by protection, and in particular that it protects the personal data of users and Customers of the Service against unauthorised access, loss or damage.
COOKIES
Cookies are IT data, in particular short text files, stored by the web browser or directly on the users' terminal equipment for the use of websites. These cookies allow for the recognition of the user's device and the appropriate display of a website tailored to the user's individual preferences. "Cookies" usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
- Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- to compile statistics that help us understand how users use the Website, which directly influences the improvement of its structure and content;

BLOCK OR DELETE COOKIES
In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws 2004 No. 171 item 1800, as amended), in particular Article 173(2), the user has the right to decide on the access of "cookies" to his/her terminal device by setting the appropriate settings (rights) for these files in the settings window of his/her web browser.

- Information about certain activities undertaken by users is subject to logging at the server layer. This data is used exclusively for the administration of the Website.
- The resources viewed are identified by URLs. In addition, the record may be subject to:

- information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions;

The Privacy and Security Policy does not cover information regarding services, goods or websites of third parties made available on the Website under agreements with other parties. The third parties themselves and under their own responsibility define separate, individual rules for their services, goods or websites in their terms and conditions.
TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)

Grunwaldzka 42/2 60-786 Poznań; transfers personal data to third countries, outside the European Economic Area exclusively for the purpose for which they have been made available to: Google LLC with its registered office in Mountain View in the United States on the basis of the so-called EU-US Privacy Shield (hereinafter: the Agreement), i.e. in accordance with the European Commission's decision of 12 July 2016 with the number IP/16/216, the transfer of personal data to entities based in the United States that have acceded to the Agreement ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data in accordance with Article 45 of the Regulation.
