This is who we are. We form a team of psychologists and specialists. We work in groups and individually with a variety of organisations and individual clients.

We discuss client cases together, prepare for training and interventions together. We share a fascination and joy for the work we do. We are known for our high level of self-demand and long-standing relationships with our clients. We rely on sound psychological knowledge combined with business experience. Our clients value us for our sustained effectiveness and efficiency, resulting from an in-depth understanding of their specific work.

We are pioneers in Poland in the application of Transactional Analysis in business. We work with teams and managers helping them to improve the effectiveness of their communication and understand the behaviour of employees and leaders. We often support in difficult situations such as impasses or open conflicts. In our coaching work, we help our clients get to know their personality and how it affects their management style and cooperation with other people. The people we work with understand interpersonal situations better. With knowledge of their own personality, they are able to effectively apply various tools such as feedback, delegation, boundary setting and conflict management.

This is how we have been supporting clients since 2001. We have trained 3,500 people, in 43 companies. We have conducted 42 editions of the Transactional Analysis school. We have conducted countless webinars. in 2020, one of the most important items on the AT market "Transactional Analysis Today" by Stewart @ Jones was translated from our initiative.

Specialties

We are one of the first teams in Poland applying transactional analysis solutions in organisations. We develop companies and individuals based on the knowledge and tools flowing from this concept. We educate trainers and people working with groups. We train managers. We specialise in intervening and helping companies in crisis situations.

Experience

We have been operating continuously since 2001. During this time we have trained thousands of people, hundreds of managers and dozens of trainers. We have experience in solving problems for companies in many different industries. In the last 14 years we have conducted 42 editions of the School of Transactional Analysis. Between 2002 and 2012, we conducted 15 editions of our original Coaching Study programme and 21 editions of the six-month development training I and My Relationships with Others.

Qualifications

The Meeting Group is made up of specialists whose qualifications are confirmed by certificates, coaching recommendations from the Polish Psychological Association and many years of experience in working with groups and companies. Our business clients include commercial, manufacturing and service companies. We work for corporations as well as large family businesses. Our open trainings also include consultants, coaches and trainers.

Development

The work of our trainers is supervised by independent and experienced supervisors. We continually supplement and develop our knowledge by attending training sessions on Transactional Analysis in Business with some of the biggest authorities in the industry. We also often invite them to lead training sessions for our graduates.
