TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HR MASTER MEETING EVENT SERIES
The organiser of the HR Master Meeting event is: Grupa Spotkanie s.c. with NIP no:

1. general provisions
1.1 The HR Master Meeting, interchangeably referred to as the Event, shall take place on the date, place and
form indicated by the Organiser.
1.2 These Rules set out the rights and obligations of the Participants of the HR Master Event
Meeting is hereinafter referred to as the Rules of Procedure.
1.3 The event is hosted by an entity determined by the Organiser. Each
of the Event takes place at a different host.
1.4 The event is dedicated to HR professionals, others connected with the
professional with the subject matter of the Event, and those interested in the subject matter of the
Organisational Transactional Analysis.
1.5. In these rules and regulations, the person registered for a particular Event is hereinafter referred to as the
Participant.
2. what is an HR Master Meeting and what is its purpose
2.1 The HR Master Meeting is a meeting aimed at promoting Organisational
Transactional Analysis and the development of people working in organisations, especially
in HR departments, at basic and advanced level.
2.2 The meeting, interchangeably referred to as the event, consists of 3 parts:
1) HR Master Networkig - this is a time to get together for coffee and networking meetings
2) HR Master Sharing - this is the time when:
- The host introduces his/her company and tools or solutions based on Analysis
The transactional structure that is used in his company;
- The organiser shall give a lecture, talk or mini-workshop related to
with the application of Organisational Transactional Analysis at a basic level,
comprehensible to people who have not yet been exposed to AT;

3) HR Master Mastermind - this is a working time for HR Masters and graduates of the School of Analysis.
a Transaction Committee, during which there is an intervisit, i.e. a discussion between professionals on the cases presented at advanced level
using the AT concept.
3 Registration and organisation of the event itself
3.1 In order to participate in the Event, the Participant undertakes to register
and payment of the fee indicated on the Organiser's website, depending on the option
events that it can and wants to benefit from:
A) the HR Master Networking and HR Master Sharing part is organised each time
free of charge;
B) the HR part of the Master Mastermind is chargeable except for the first three events
starting with the event, which will take place on 28.11.2024.
For the first three events, the organiser provides a code waiving all
charges.
3.2 The organiser shall not be held liable for the provision of incorrect or false
data by the Participant when registering for the Event.
3.3. Sending a registration application on the website
The Event signifies acceptance of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions as well as
compliance with legislation and any other arrangements made between
Participant and the Organiser.

4 Cancellation of participation in HR Master Meeting
4.1 A participant enrolled in a given Event under the HR Master Networking and HR
Master Sharing pledges to appear at the Host on the day of the event
Event or to withdraw from the Event until no less than 4 days prior to the
Event and is obliged to inform the organiser of the cancellation of his/her participation via
by e-mail or telephone.
4.2 A participant taking part in the HR Master Meeting Mastermind at the time of cancellation
to withdraw from the event less than 14 days before the start of the event obliges
undertakes to find someone to replace him/her in his/her absence. The participant may
resign from the Event without finding a person who will
replace up to 14 days after the start of the Event and shall inform the
organiser of the cancellation of participation.
4.3 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel an Event 3 working days prior to the
Event. The event will be cancelled if the number of Participants
will make it impossible to organise the Event (between 40% and 50% vacancies).
This requires the information to be sent by e-mail to the addresses indicated at the outset
and undertakes to pay the subscription amount if the Participant has paid.
5. Personal data and use of image
5.1 In accordance with Article 81(1) of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Rights
related (Dz.U.06.90.631 j.t.), Participant of the HR Master Meeting event expresses
consent to the dissemination of his or her image by the Meeting Group, based at
in Poznań. Consent includes the recording and use of the participant's image on
any photographs and audiovisual recordings made during the
events by the członks Group Meeting and external persons employed at the
commissioned by the Organiser. The participant declares that the dissemination of his/her image
in the aforementioned respect will not infringe his personal rights, in accordance with Article 23 of the Act of
23 April 1964 Civil Code (OJ 64.16.93, as amended).
5.2 In connection with Article 81(1) of the Copyright and Related Rights Act and Article 6 of the
paragraph 1(a) - voluntary consent of the RODO Regulation, I grant the Meeting Group
consents to:
A) To record, use and disseminate my image for the purposes of
marketing,
B) Repeatedly disseminate my image in the form of a photograph, an excerpt
photograph or film in all fields of exploitation known at the time of consent,
on which the image is recorded, such as, but not limited to, a website, blog, media
social media and advertising/promotional materials.
C) This consent is given voluntarily in accordance with Article 4(11) of the DPA, without
time and territorial restrictions and free of charge.
6 Final provisions
6.1 Application for participation in the HR Master Meeting constitutes acceptance of this
regulations.
6.2 The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the regulations.
