The idea of translating 50 exercises in Transactional Analysis into Polish is a response to the need to understand the intricate patterns of our behaviour, which we have been discussing - for dozens of editions - during our Transactional Analysis School. This book would not have been written without the participants of our trainings, who encouraged us to translate. Its publication was preceded by hundreds of individual conversations with people with whom we have a friendship and long-standing relationship.
