The book “How to better understand yourself and others. Transactional Analysis for Young Adults and... not only”

Why do people sometimes behave in this way and not in that way? What is the reason for this and how can conflicts in mutual relationships be avoided?

The book encourages in an accessible way to get to know one of the psychological concepts that is Transactional Analysis (AT) - a concept of interpersonal relationships that allows you to get to know yourself and others better. Two teenagers, Agnieszka and Dominik, will accompany us on a journey through selected issues of everyday life.

Agnes and Dominic are friends with each other and want to get to know each other better. They will soon be taking their final exams together. They are wondering what course of study to choose after school. Maybe it will be psychology or pedagogy or another related discipline? However, they have not decided on anything and are ready to get to know their own psyche first, so that they can better understand and help others. Agnieszka and Dominik are guided through the meanders of the human psyche and behaviour by their mentor, Dr. Q. In the pages of the book he has prepared exercises, games and trivia for them.
