During individual sessions, you or your employee will be able to look for solutions to specific professional dilemmas, difficult situations and put together a plan for achieving common goals.
A careful conversation with an experienced coach will allow you to find answers to your questions, look at the decisions you make, analyse your own motivation, effectiveness, establish a realistic action plan and develop your potential.

During the first meeting, you and the coach agree on the area, the goal of the coaching work and the number of sessions needed to achieve it. Each session lasts one clock hour. Remote work via Skype is also possible.
During the session, you answer questions and analyse. The coach asks questions, proposes exercises and forms of work to find the most appropriate solutions for you and your company. The work between sessions, related to the implementation of the results of the joint work, is also important.
We conduct coaching sessions based on the assumptions and tools of transactional analysis, a concept successfully used in organisations.

1 session: 750 PLN net per managerial coaching (N, N-1, N-2)
5 sessions: 700 pln net per session for executive coaching (N, N-1, N-2)

The investment in coaching depends on the level of management and the number of sessions purchased. Each meeting lasts 60 minutes. Usually 1 coaching meeting, lasts 1.5h due to the refinement of the coaching contract.

1. is there a fee for the first familiarisation session?

Yes, in our practice, the first meeting is a full-fledged coaching session of 90 minutes, during which we define goals and establish a contract for the process.

2. is online coaching cheaper than in-person coaching?

At Encounter Group, the price of an online coaching session is the same as an in-person session. The quality of support and the commitment of the coach remain at the same top level.

3. is it possible to buy a single session?

Yes, we allow you to purchase a single session (PLN 450-750 net), but we recommend packages of 5 meetings, which allow for lasting change and are more affordable.
