What is the HR Master Academy training course in Poznań?

Programme
You will participate in a 10-month training course, delivered in a series of two-day convenings. You can expect a consistent and proven concept of how people behave in an organisation. Already during the training, our participants introduce the tools they have learnt in their teams. During the training, you will also learn how to recognise situations that threaten the effectiveness of projects. In this way, you will know what you can do to bring them to completion safely and with satisfaction.
Important! We work stationary, so participants in the group build lasting professional relationships with other HR professionals.

Certificate
You will win up to three diplomas:
- 101 certificate, in accordance with EATA or ITAA - recognised worldwide;
- Diploma of graduation from the School of Transactional Analysis at the Encounter Group - recognised and valued in Poland and
- HR Master's diploma - increasingly prominent in the world of HR training.

Practice
In the course of the training you will repeatedly practice conducting various conversations using the knowledge from AT. You will also receive valuable feedback and hints on how you can solve various issues at your organisation. You will work on authentic cases from HR departments, which you can also bring in personally. By participating in coaching sessions during the workshop, you have the opportunity to solve problems you see in your company. You also have the opportunity to learn about ideas and solutions used by other HR professionals.
Why
Transactional Analysis is such a valuable tool in the hands of HR?
Achieving results effectively despite problems that arise is possible when you have a good understanding of what is at the root of the problem and do not just act in an ad hoc manner. When you understand the mechanisms driving someone's behaviour, you open up the range of different options you have as an HR professional.
Using AT's assumptions about people, you will be able to encourage others to think for themselves and take responsibility for their work.Â
This will give you and the people you work with a sense of being yourself in what you do and using your resources and skills.
Did you happen to:
... get a task you thought: "For what reason should I be the one to do it?".
... be asked to solve a difficult situation that you thought was beyond you?
... take steps to increase employee engagement and not be entirely satisfied with them?
... be encouraged to take on the role of judge in various contentious cases?
... to be invited into various alliances, which you didn't feel like doing?
If you are familiar with these situations...
... you can structure what you do and how you want to work by using your knowledge of contracting.
... you can better plan how to get out of them by using your knowledge of psychological games, i.e. how to avoid destructive ways of building relationships.
... you can put in place effective solutions to raise real employee engagement using the knowledge of Transactional Analysis. By recognising needs and drivers, you can stop the internal compulsion to be strong or perfect.
