What is the HR Master Academy training course in Poznań?

Programme

You will participate in a 10-month training course, delivered in a series of two-day convenings. You can expect a consistent and proven concept of how people behave in an organisation. Already during the training, our participants introduce the tools they have learnt in their teams. During the training, you will also learn how to recognise situations that threaten the effectiveness of projects. In this way, you will know what you can do to bring them to completion safely and with satisfaction.

Important! We work stationary, so participants in the group build lasting professional relationships with other HR professionals.

Certificate

You will win up to three diplomas:

  • 101 certificate, in accordance with EATA or ITAA - recognised worldwide;
  • Diploma of graduation from the School of Transactional Analysis at the Encounter Group - recognised and valued in Poland and
  • HR Master's diploma - increasingly prominent in the world of HR training.

Practice

In the course of the training you will repeatedly practice conducting various conversations using the knowledge from AT. You will also receive valuable feedback and hints on how you can solve various issues at your organisation. You will work on authentic cases from HR departments, which you can also bring in personally. By participating in coaching sessions during the workshop, you have the opportunity to solve problems you see in your company. You also have the opportunity to learn about ideas and solutions used by other HR professionals.

Why

Transactional Analysis is such a valuable tool in the hands of HR?

Achieving results effectively despite problems that arise is possible when you have a good understanding of what is at the root of the problem and do not just act in an ad hoc manner. When you understand the mechanisms driving someone's behaviour, you open up the range of different options you have as an HR professional.

Using AT's assumptions about people, you will be able to encourage others to think for themselves and take responsibility for their work.

This will give you and the people you work with a sense of being yourself in what you do and using your resources and skills.

Did you happen to:

... get a task you thought: "For what reason should I be the one to do it?".

... be asked to solve a difficult situation that you thought was beyond you?

... take steps to increase employee engagement and not be entirely satisfied with them?

... be encouraged to take on the role of judge in various contentious cases?

... to be invited into various alliances, which you didn't feel like doing?

If you are familiar with these situations...

... you can structure what you do and how you want to work by using your knowledge of contracting.

... you can better plan how to get out of them by using your knowledge of psychological games, i.e. how to avoid destructive ways of building relationships.

... you can put in place effective solutions to raise real employee engagement using the knowledge of Transactional Analysis. By recognising needs and drivers, you can stop the internal compulsion to be strong or perfect.

The HR Master Academy is for you if:

1

you are looking for smart psychological training, explaining many of the behaviours and phenomena you encounter on a daily basis.

2

you are looking for comprehensive and coherent training because you are tired of single workshops and conferences for HR professionals.

3

you believe that behind efficient processes and productivity are authentic and kind relationships and the ability to give genuine feedback. And money is not the only motivator for people to work.

4

you need something new, developmental and inspiring for you.

Join an intimate group experienced HR professionals

in which you will grow personally and share your experience, and receive a wealth of practical knowledge and a fresh perspective on your work.

I am a psychologist, a recommended Level I trainer of the Polish Psychological Association, a coach, an organisational development consultant and a Transactional Analysis Practitioner.

I have been managing a variety of teams for 20 years. I have experience working with teams and organisations, sales and customer service staff, leaders, managers, directors and CEOs.

I co-founded the first School of Transactional Analysis in Poland, which today has reached its 40th edition. I am the author and trainer of all editions of HR Master. I have been teaching AT for over 13 years. I provide training in Transactional Analysis at an advanced level for managers, trainers and consultants. I am a członek European Association for Transactional Analysis, President of the Polish Association of Transactional Analysis.

I work with HR departments conducting coaching and team coaching for their employees. I am the author of many training programmes for senior management, several manager academies tailored to the industry and company culture. I make owners, managers and employees come to the company with pleasure and the results of their actions translate into more favourable financial results.

HR Manager
I went into the HRmaster programme at the Meeting Group with a base knowledge of AT. I wanted to deepen it and think about its use in our organisation. I had three main objectives, which, incidentally, I discussed with the trainer conducting the initial interview. The element of contracting, one of the basic tools of AT, came up early on in our journey together. We were looking at the extent to which the expectations I was coming with were achievable within the offer. Firstly, I wanted to look at the organisation I work for in a coherent way. "Through the eyes of AT" to look at the individual, the teams and the organisation as a whole to better understand what is happening in these dimensions. To look specifically at our HR processes, with AT knowledge. The second objective with which I started was to look, through AT knowledge, for answers and solutions in the difficulties we face in the organisation. Equally important for me was a personal third need, namely to look at myself in my role as an HR professional. I decided, with the help of AT, to analyse and self-reflect on how I act as an HR manager, how this action affects the organisation and what I could do differently to increase effectiveness and respond to business needs. In a nearly year-long developmental process, I realised my needs. I deepened my understanding of previously known constructs, implemented some of them into professional practice, and got bits of knowledge that were completely new to me. We worked in an ideal environment for me to learn and develop. Kasia Balcerkiewicz is a trainer with powerful knowledge and coaching skills, attentive to the whole process and at the same time hearing and responding to the individual needs of the participants. We worked in a small group with intense exchanges, regular signs of recognition. Open and safe. We represented different branches and roles, which provided a broad perspective. In conclusion, we all found the time transformative. The Group Meeting is also a beautiful venue, organised and run by a team with great attention to detail. There is a table for communal meals, there is a space where you have one-to-one conversations, there is a garden. There is a kitchen where you treat yourself to the tea you like and a word (a brilliant idea!). Such an atmospheric home with created options from which you choose yourself. I recommend the HR Master programme to anyone who is interested in deep work and understanding. To all those who want to build organisations based on OK-OK relationships and individual autonomy. The HR Master programme gives a great tool base to realise such a vision. I firmly believe, I know, that this vision realised in business translates into concrete business results.

Director of HR and Communications
I have just completed a year-long development journey development journey based on two main strands: Transactional Analysis and HR experience sharing. Why was it worth going on on the Transactional Analysis journey? First and foremost, to dive into Transactional Analysis - I mean it, and dive in, not just glide across the surface. During the programme, we went far beyond those associated with Transactional Analysis: states of Self, transactions and games, discovering the wealth of concepts and tools created by Transactional Analysts that greatly facilitate the understanding of human behaviour, communication and relationships. The assumptions of Transactional Analysis, including staying OK-OK, striving for life autonomy, and intimacy in relationships are very close to my heart. Their translation into business language has made it significantly easier for me to defining my vision of my work as an HR professional and manager. Thanks to this programme, conscious management and Ok-Ok attitude are not platitudes, but a daily practice (sometimes difficult, sometimes with stumbling blocks) that translates into collaboration and the achievement of the company's business goals. The journey is also worth taking because of the good company. I am referring here to Kasia Balcerkiewicz, who excelled in the role of master - mentor - consultant - guide, i.e. Teacher with a capital "N I am referring to Kasia Balcerkiewicz, who excelled in her role as master - mentor - consultant - guide, i.e. Teacher with a capital "N", and her team from the Meeting. I found out that school can be student-friendly, supportive and enjoyable (thank you for the fruit, bread and delicious teas, as well as the flowers and garden outside the window). I felt looked after, fed with knowledge and valuable feedback, and taken seriously. In such conditions, full commitment in absorbing knowledge and putting it into practice is quite natural. natural. Good company was complemented by my female travelling companions - a group of wonderful, open-minded, ready to open-minded, development-oriented "professional colleagues", with whom we absorbed knowledge while sharing our thoughts and experiences, which was a very valuable addition to the programme and a value in itself. valuable addition to the programme and a value in itself. I very much appreciated the intimacy of the group, which allowed us plenty of time to discuss our 'difficult cases' and achieve an intimacy in the relationship that was very nourishing. The year dedicated to the HR Master programme was a time for me to work for myself and for the organisation I work for and in which I pursue a vision of of working in alignment with AT. It has provided me a lot of inspiration, topics for discussions and practical tools. And reassured me that Transactional Analysis is very helpful in building an an organisational culture based on commitment-based organisational culture, which I advocate and want to be a part of

Why trust the Meeting Group? First of all - the people. Experienced trainers with a wealth of knowledge, their professionalism and their way of being and teaching made me decide to to participate in the HR Master programme. My adventure with Transactional Analysis began with webinars: first I attended a workshop on games, then I completed the 101 training and explored the topic of games in more depth. This sparked in me the desire to explore this concept. Then the Encounter Group suggested that I study the AT School, focusing not only on the theory itself, but also on its practical application in the HR field (as part of the HR Master). This learning included. developing teams and working on influence in organisations, with a focus on team collaboration. As a manager, managing a team, I have to regularly have to deal with challenges related to the dynamics of change, team development or difficult situations or simply engaged dialogue. The answers to these aspects of managerial work are foundzłhere. in Transactional Analysis and the HR Master programme. Furthermore, a fact that influenced my decision is that, that the Meeting Group has more than 20 years of experience in promoting and popularising Transactional Analysis! It organises conferences and workshops with international experts. Such long experience translates into professionalism, knowledge and effective learning. Today, for me, AT is one of the most practical concepts that works well in business, which can be used in teamwork and interpersonal relationships. Why trust the Meeting Group? Many years of experience have allowed Meeting Group to create the ideal learning conditions for learning, providing support from the best specialists and trainers in Transactional Analysis. During the training we analysed many practical cases and discussed individual questions from participants, which made it much easier to absorb the knowledge. Before the training, I was wondering, how I could develop as a manager further, as I had already completed many courses. I had worked with various training institutions, but it was Transactional Analysis that impressed me the most - both in terms of the concept and the genius of Eric Berne. AT theory offers tools that I can use not only when working on myself, but also when managing a team, for example when diagnosing problems or resolving conflicts. This is a huge added value. When I was thinking about what to do next in my development path, I came across the AT concept. Is it worth it? Definitely yes! I believe that such a programme should be standard already at the study stage for all who will be working with people. What did the training give me? It has been a fascinating adventure, allowing me to develop both myself and my soft skills as a manager. I attended every session with full awareness and was very curious to implement my newly acquired knowledge into my everyday life. Transactional Analysis has opened my eyes to many aspects of of interpersonal interactions - from implicit transactions, the importance of recognition signs, contracting on three levels and finally the importance of striving for authenticity and autonomy in relationships in a position of OK-OK. I heartily recommend HR Master, not only to HR professionals but to all managers, because HR Master is an AT in terms of looking at organisations and teams. It opens up new perspectives on understanding interpersonal relationships and the ability to respond to their dynamics from a psychological

Working in one organisation for a long time, I lacked a broader point of view on certain aspects. I needed inspiration, a fresh perspective, psychological knowledge. What made me decide to attend HR Master was that transactional analysis is a structured concept that explains psychological mechanisms in organisations, but is also a path to understanding oneself. An added bonus was that the reunions were held during the week and not at weekends, which I didn't want to sacrifice for development. This was the proverbial icing on the cake. Transactional analysis has changed the way I look at and think about organisations, think about teamwork. I feel inspired, I want to try team coaching and learn how you can work with teams in an organisation. I can see this starting to have a real impact on the organisation. I have also found it particularly useful to learn about contracting and even more about re-contracting. I also often return to thinking about the drive to build a coaching-based culture. When I made the decision to attend HR Master, I didn't expect it to be such a hugely interesting experience. A fantastic working atmosphere was built up during our meetings, with room for openness and drawing on the experience of fellow participants. A huge value for me was the coaching conversations that I was able to participate in and observe. This helped me to organise and structure my existing knowledge. The experience of the female coaches, who work with organisations on a daily basis, was invaluable and equally important. The practical and concrete examples taken from their experience of working with organisations were very topical and not detached from reality. For me, AT is like a three-winged mirror that I remember from my childhood at my grandparents' house. You can look through it not only traditionally, but from different perspectives to see yourself in quite unexpected ways. Not only yourself, but also others and organisations. That is why it is worth doing!

HR Master is not a short training course after which you experience an intense fascination that lasts for several weeks. It is a challenging journey during which you learn the individual elements of transactional analysis. You have time to understand it, practice it, so that you can apply it naturally in your daily work. After this training, your work in HR takes on a new look. By choosing to work with the Meeting Group, your organisation and you will develop your potential without losing your character. You will develop a direction for change that is in line with your business philosophy, and which will allow you to organise and name the processes taking place in your organisation. The Meeting Group's trainers don't just teach about AT, they apply AT and during each HR Master module they show you that it works.

Transactional analysis is my favourite communication theory - easy to understand and apply even for people without a psychology background. Participating in a year-long intensive course in transactional analysis for HR professionals (HR Master) allowed me not only to see the processes happening in the company in a broader context and to learn effective tools for interviewing employees, but also to structure my role in the organisation.

I have searched for a long time and have almost lost faith in finding a people management development programme that is grounded in a foundation/theory/true knowledge/reliable basis that is recognised, trusted (and I know a little bit about), while providing such highly practical tools and methods for the HR professional. This focus on the challenges, issues and tasks we face when working in HR roles is something unique. It can be seen in the design of the entire programme, the cases and tasks we discuss and the care taken in selecting participants ???? It's tailored to a well-heeled HR role. I come back from each congress with some work-life topics, reflections or ideas, because in addition to the professional context, the HR Master is also the basis for many - important for me - personal discoveries and self-development.
