This is the transferred online 55th edition of the renowned School of Transactional Analysis, which includes the opening, full cycle certified 101 training and 7 further modules. Substantively, it is exactly the same material as the modules at the residential school in Poznań.

I have done 5 years of advanced training in psychotherapy in the AT approach, trained in Gestalt psychotherapy.
I am a graduate of the "Study of Group Work Skills". - a programme recommended by the Polish Psychological Association. I completed a five-year Psychotherapy Study at the "Laboratory of Psychoeducation" in Warsaw. I am preparing for PTP certification.
I work in a psychodynamic approach. I am a członk of the Polish Society of Transactional Analysis. As a trainer, I deal with AT training and various interpersonal skills of managers in teams.

I am a member of the European Society of Transactional Analysis and the Polish Psychological Society. I am a recommended Level I trainer of the Polish Psychological Association. I have been teaching AT to others for 13 years. I have conducted 14 editions of the AT School and Academy.

My first approach to Transactional Analysis
Transactional Analysis was not a successful one. I reached for Eric Berne's book "What are people playing at?" and... it beat me :)
However, this did not stop my
curiosity. I was still looking for knowledge
and forms that would allow me to understand and assimilate this knowledge, until I came across the Encounter Group. It is a real meeting place: with fantastic professionals,

During the AT classes, the various topics were discussed in a simple and logical way, relating to both personal and business life. I work as a trainer and consultant on a daily basis and am responsible for developing sales departments. Many of the sales tools and mechanisms I teach are based on the assumptions of transactional analysis, hence my decision to better understand the foundations. I had some concerns about the online format of the classes being run, although I use this format myself, I know the commitment it requires. I was concerned that, as a participant, I would not be able to maintain my attention and commitment with this form of work. It turned out that my fears were unfounded. I am an in-house trainer by day, I work in a corporation and, in order to meet the growing training demands of the sales force, I was always looking for something new, fresh but also essential to use in my daily work.
