Why
is the PCM® test worth doing?
The Process Communication Model® assumes that there are 6 personality types:

All have a preferred perceptual language, strengths, interaction style, personality part, communication channel, environmental preference and stress sequence. Every c1TP1Person has all types within them, making up the personality profile. What differs between us is the accessibility and ease of use of the type. Knowing one's personality profile helps one to be aware of the nature of one's own behaviour, especially in crisis situations. It helps you to adapt naturally to your own and other people's preferences and needs, so that you can communicate quickly and effectively with mutual respect. It combines knowledge of the c1TP1Personality with its practical application to building business relationships. The PCM model is trusted by many businesses, companies, foundations and government organisations.
Why is it important for leaders to know their PCM profile?
A good leader is not just someone who manages - he or she is someone who can inspire, recognise needs and communicate effectively. And this all starts with self-awareness. The PCM (Process Communication Model) survey is a tool that allows you to look deeper - into the map of your personality. It shows how you act when you are in your power - and how you change under stress.
