Learn about the Process Communication Model Ā®

This tool, which is derived from the psychological model of personality developed by Dr. Taibi Kahler. It has been tested, developed and implemented by NASA to recruit and train astronauts for manned spaceflight. PCM was built as a tool to help people communicate, build collaborative teams, understand their needs and motivations and respond effectively to stressful situations. It has already been used by 850,000 people around the world. There are now more than 3,000 accredited trainers.

People sometimes live with each other and work together as if they lived on separate planets. PCM is like a Swiss Army Knife that can open up many a rusty relationship. Imagine how great it would be if you could get along with... (and insert the name of the person you thought of here).

Using the knowledge provided by PCM allows you to bring people together, to achieve harmony in teamwork and even more so in your personal life.

It helps people to respect each other's values and needs. When you offer them tasks, give feedback using PCM, people feel heard and understood.

By using the PCM model you get along instantly with your most difficult employee, your old friend, your difficult neighbour - it just works.

If you use the model as it was created - everything I described above is true.

I am a psychologist, a recommended Level I trainer of the Polish Psychological Association, a coach, an organisational development consultant and a Transactional Analysis Practitioner.

I have been managing a variety of teams for 20 years. I have experience working with teams and organisations, sales and customer service staff, leaders, managers, directors and CEOs.

I co-founded the first School of Transactional Analysis in Poland, which today has reached its 40th edition. I am the author and trainer of all editions of HR Master. I have been teaching AT for over 13 years. I provide training in Transactional Analysis at an advanced level for managers, trainers and consultants. I am członek of the European Association for Transactional Analysis, president of the Polish Transactional Analysis Society.

I work with HR departments conducting coaching and team coaching for their employees. I am the author of many training programmes for senior management, several manager academies tailored to the industry and company culture. I make owners, managers and employees come to the company with pleasure and the results of their actions translate into more favourable financial results.
