For the past 15 years, I have been exploring Transactional Analysis - a field that invariably fascinates me and which I successfully combine with business. I have gained knowledge under the guidance of experts from Belgium, France, England, Hungary and the UK,
and for the past 10 years I have been teaching Transactional Analysis myself at the Transactional Academy School and in development and business training.
I have completed coach training and Group Psychotherapy Study.
and Individual Therapy at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation. I am currently extending my competences in Intensive Short-Term Psychodynamic Therapy in Berlin.
Since the beginning of my career I have been combining individual and group work, personal development and strengthening teams. I help to overcome impasses and develop soft skills - both in coaching and counselling contracts as well as in group work and interventions in organisations.
I believe that self-awareness and the ability to build trusting relationships are the foundation for the success of any long-term business venture. I also pursue my passion for development by co-founding a start-up in the new technology industry, which is specifically for psychologists and coaches.
