Our proposal

Group supervision

We are committed to creating a good environment for learning, sharing experiences, discussing
and resolution of difficult situations. Supervision is based on issues brought in by group participants. We invite active professionals to join the group: trainers, coaches and managers who are graduates of the School of Transactional Analysis, Transactional Analysis Academy, Transactional Analysis Study or have completed the two-day 101 training.

Organisation of meetings

- group of 4 to 8 people;
- 6 ONLINE supervisions per year, every two months
- working hours 10.00-16.00 (lunch break 12.30-13.30)
- supervision dates: 18.03.2022, 6.05.2022, 1.07.2022, 16.09.2022, 4.11.2022, 20.12.2022

Investment

You buy your place in the group for 2022, you pay:
- 600 zł + VAT, bimonthly prior to each super meeting;
- payment is independent of your presence or absence;
- If you are unable to attend, you can find someone to take your place.

Supervision work

Supervision is a form of work that should accompany people who professionally support or develop others. Professionals supervise throughout their career. It is the best, strongest and most comprehensive way to improve one's effectiveness through reflective learning
themselves and increase their awareness of their role. Supervision serves to ensure that the professional is better prepared to work with clients, that he or she is mindful of the rules, and that he or she does not get lost in the maze of beliefs that he or she and his or her clients hold.
The supervisions conducted at the Encounter Group are based on Transactional Analysis, referring to the main concepts of AT and helping to apply them to the work of coaches, trainers and managers.

Preparation for supervision:

This is the stage in which supervision participants work in subgroups answering the following questions, among others:

  • "The challenge about my role that I am facing is..."
  • "What questions do I walk into today's supervision with?"
  • "How do I want to benefit from this meeting?"

The above questions are the ones that determine how the work will go on, who of the participants will take an active part in the supervision and who will be an observer. The sheet contains more questions that allow one to look at one's own work, but the indicated ones allow the supervisor to moderate the further course of the process.

Supervision and debriefing:

The next step is to select four people to hold their supervisions at a given convention, who will be observers. Those who are obeservers have priority in the next congress to have their supervision.

The next stage consists of four supervisions, which can be conducted in the form of:

  • individual - working with a supervisor 1 on 1 or
  • group - together with other experts in the group, the supervised person deepens their understanding of the situation and seeks solutions together.

After the supervision, the participants go back to the questions they came to the meeting with and draw out the most important tips, the conclusions they want to implement in their professional practice.

in the field of organisation in a contract with EATA (PTSTA-O),
training instructor 101.

I co-founded the first School of Transactional Analysis in Poland, which today has reached its 43rd edition. I am a member of the European Society of Transactional Analysis and the Polish Psychological Society.

I am a recommended Level I trainer of the Polish Psychological Association. I have been teaching AT to others for 13 years. I have conducted 14 editions of the School of
and AT Academy.

I use AT in coaching and team coaching work with managers, intervening in organisations, designing a change process with clients,
in the work of a coach, Team Coach and agile coach.
