Experience
We are one of the first teams in Poland applying the knowledge and tools of Transactional Analysis to business. We have been teaching AT for over 15 years. In March 2020, we were the first in Poland to launch an online AT School!
Why
Is Transactional Analysis important?
Quite a few people are looking for good psychological knowledge to be more effective at what they do. Managers, trainers, coaches - they are all looking for answers as to why people behave in certain ways. Most of them read a great many books in the field of psychology, go to training courses, complete various courses. However, apart from people who graduate from psychotherapy school, it is very common to hear complaints that it is difficult to put this knowledge together.
Transactional analysis for managers and coaches is primarily a concept of behaviour (states of Self), communication (transactions) and relationships (psychological games). The greatest resource of this concept is that all of these issues are coherently connected, so at the core of transactional analysis is the concept of personality. It is the underlying concept on which psychotherapists rely, and coaches sometimes use it.
It is because transactional analysis is also a personality concept that when we talk about behaviours and ways of building relationships, we see the different relationships. We also have the confidence that the actions we want to take are not the result of a random combination of different exercises, but because we have a good understanding of the essence of our behaviour.
The creator of AT, Eric Berne, failed his examination as a psychoanalyst. At the same time, he was so convinced of his understanding of the mechanisms of human behaviour that he not only created a strand called transactional analysis, but also made the requirement, rebelling against psychoanalysis, that AT was to be told in simple language that everyone could understand. AT is therefore not only a very coherent concept, but it is also easy to understand and tell to people who have no background in psychology. This is why it is so readily used in business, education and counselling.
You will benefit most from this solution if you are:

HR Specialist
You are looking for smart psychological training, explaining many of the behaviours and phenomena you face on a daily basis.

Coach
You want more effectiveness in the training room, new practical knowledge and you want to find more inner peace in your work as a trainer. You can achieve this by recognising different limiting ways of experiencing difficult situations.

Manager
You need to learn practical and understandable psychological knowledge that you can easily translate into managing your team.

Coachem
You want to complement your workshop with sound psychological knowledge and proven tools for use in individual work.

Is there other the road?
Of course you do! You may continue to see repeated situations that do not lead to effective solutions, postpone your needs and development for later and guess at the real reason for the employees' behaviour or use the time and sign up for the full-time Transactional Analysis School. You decide!
