At the two-day Fourth International Conference on Transactional Analysis you will find approximately 20 presentations and workshops from the four fields of psychotherapy, organisation, education and counselling. There will be speakers from: UK, Netherlands, France and colleagues from Poland. Only once every 2 years in Poland you have the opportunity to learn and explore AT together with the greatest AT teachers from all over Europe.

Keynote speakers at the conference:

Trudi Newton

TSTA-E

She is a teacher, supervisor and transactional analyst in education. She discovered transactional analysis about 25 years ago and has since used it in all areas of her life, and enjoys introducing others to its benefits through training, supervision and personal contact. She works as a writer, researcher and consultant working with other teachers to facilitate radical learning and community development, and has previously delivered TA training in Cambridge and London in the UK and other countries, including Russia and South Africa. She has written several books, including Tactics (with Rosemary Napper), which discusses learning and teaching in detail. She received the International Transactional Analysis Association's złoty medal in 2017, as well as a Research Award in recognition of her research into the effectiveness of TA.

Dr Mark Widdowson

She is a transactional analyst, teacher and supervisor. She has a small private practice as a psychotherapist specialising in depression, anxiety, sexuality and couples therapy. She is a senior lecturer
in counselling and psychotherapy at Salford University and director of the Manchester Psychotherapy Foundation, an organisation providing advanced training for qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. He is the author of two books on psychotherapy in Transactional Analysis. He was awarded the 2014 EATA Silver Medal and the 2018 ITAA Research Award for his research into the effectiveness of Transactional Analysis in psychotherapy for the treatment of depression. In his academic work, he supervises doctoral students who are conducting research on psychotherapy in AT.

Dr Sari van Poelje

He is an international executive and team coach and an expert in agile business innovation. For 30 years he has been the director of Intact Academy, which provides accredited training for coaches and consultants around the world. He works as a consultant with multinational organisations, family businesses and start-ups, helping them to build inspiring leadership teams, collaborative cultures and agile innovation. She is a licensed transactional analyst and supervisor, PCM trainer, NOBCO-EMCC accredited master coach, systems science team coach and science manager. She has published numerous articles and books on leadership, coaching and organisational change.

Magali Poujol

PTSTA-P

She is a certified transactional analyst in psychotherapy, a teacher and supervisor in contract with EATA (PTSTA-P) and has been practising in France for just over six years. She works especially with the currents of relational AT and Neoreichian accompaniment (considering the bodily dimension in accompaniment/theories of W. Reich and his successors, including Winnicott), both in her therapeutic and coaching practice. She is particularly stimulated by working with the deep unconscious, with various forms of symbolisation and transference and countertransference dynamics. She teaches and supervises in France (Clermont-Ferrand, Bordeaux) and now also in Poland. For 4 years, he has been co-directing a multidisciplinary and multicultural school of transactional analysis located in the centre of France, CAFAT.

Joanna Gosk

I am the only certified Transactional Analyst in Poland in the field of organisation, supervisor and teacher of Transactional Analysis in contract with EATA. She is a recommended Level I trainer of the Polish Psychological Association. She has been teaching AT to others for over 15 years and uses it in her coaching work with managers and coaches, intervening in organisations, designing change processes with clients, but also in her daily work as a coach, team coach and agile coach. Since 2007, she has been extending her knowledge and professional workshop under the guidance of trainers and coaches, consultants in organisations, e.g. from France, Belgium, UK, France, Hungary working in the Transactional Analysis stream.

DETAILED CONFERENCE PROGRAMME

The speakers outlined above have offered to give a lecture and a practical workshop. In addition, applications are being collected from those willing to run workshops as part of the conference.

A detailed programme will be announced 1 September this year. At that time, registration for individual workshops will also begin.
We envisage around 20 workshops in the fields of: psychotherapy, organisation, education and counselling.

As the tradition of the conference suggests, and hearteningly between Day 1 and Day 2 of the conference there will be an opportunity to meet informally with all the participants and speakers.

This year we are proposing a slightly different looser formula. We have given it the name between party. We are keen to create a casual space where we can get to know each other, talk about what everyone is doing, but also exchange reflections and thoughts after Day 1 of the conference.

Those who are interested in participating in the between party buy their share for 40 zł and within this price is:

- mini snacks.

An abbreviated menu will be waiting for guests on site and everyone can order pasta, pizza or chilli con carne for themselves, as well as other spirits according to their choice, need and strong head.
