Anna Pezacka-Gumna

My name is Anna Pezacka-Gumna. I have always been interested and involved in people's issues, their experiences, transformations, but also their difficulties or struggles. My educational and professional choices have therefore invariably revolved around working with people for 20 years. It all started with studying psychology and - in parallel - learning the role of a trainer. The need to gain a deeper understanding of others within a therapeutic framework also quickly arose. The acquisition of new knowledge and skills is ongoing, which realises my strongest Gallup talent (learning), but the most important teachers are my clients. For almost 20 years I have been able to work with groups, different organisations, experiencing immense satisfaction and a sense of purpose in seeing my clients change. I have been teaching others how to work with people for many years.
Already during my studies, I started training in psychosocial skills, taking on further challenges, working for increasingly different professional environments. After a few years, my skills were confirmed with a Level I trainer recommendation from the Polish Psychological Association, and after a few more years of many training experiences, I managed to obtain a Level II recommendation, authorising me to conduct interpersonal trainings and supervise trainers. My attention to high working standards, submitting myself to regular supervision, teaching and supervising others undoubtedly translates into a professional and ethical workshop for working with groups. The expression of this competence is the running of 5 self-designed schools of trainers, 2 schools of trainers in the Encounter Group, 35 trainings and... thousands of hours of trainings and workshops.
I have been learning and using Transactional Analysis for 14 years. I have been educating others for many years as co-leader of the AT School and other AT-based trainings and workshops. I have had the opportunity to learn from many prominent Transactional Analysts from around the world (Sari van Poelie, Richard G. Erskine, Sue Eusden, Rosemary Napper, Birgitta Heilier, Alexandra Piotrowska, Tony White, Gregor and Masa Zvelc, John McNeel and others), attending international conferences and groups. I am currently preparing for the CTA (Certified Transactional Analyst) exam, culminating many years of study, practice and supervision.
By combining the skills to work in-depth with groups and the contextual knowledge of teams in an organisation with the competence to conduct team coaching, I was able to complete the relevant training and obtain the Team Coach Certificate.
For several years I have been co-managing the thriving Psychotherapy Centre "Strefa Poznania", where many people find support and the possibility of profound changes in their functioning. I gained my competences at the Intra School of Psychotherapy and during advanced training in AT, I am currently completing a 3-year training in Intensive Short-Term Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
