Justyna Byczkowska

My name is Justyna Byczkowska. I am a psychologist, psychosocial workshop trainer recommended by the Polish Psychological Association, coach, Transactional Analysis practitioner, individual and group psychotherapist. In my work, I am guided by the belief that the driving force behind people's effectiveness and productivity are the relationships and the culture in which they work. I believe that building good relationships, trust and a sense of psychological safety translates into committed, loyal and effective employees. I support my clients in achieving healthy effectiveness - the ability to achieve goals while nurturing people's wellbeing.
I work on the basis of a thorough recognition of my clients' situations and needs - I target their specific problems and develop tailored solutions. The programmes and interventions I offer are based on validated psychological knowledge and field-tested tools. I have been developing in the application of Transactional Analysis in business for 15 years and I am constantly deepening my psychological knowledge. I conduct complex development projects, team and individual coaching, crisis intervention and supervision. I specialise in methods of effective communication, collaboration, leadership development and occupational health psychology. I help build effective teams and support them through conflict situations.
The three priorities in my work are:

- the courage to face difficulties and challenges.
The basis of my work is the relationship with my clients. Every joint venture and meeting is a learning and developmental experience for me.
Education and key training:
- Master's degree in psychology, specialisation: clinical (Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań).
- Level I trainer recommendation from the Polish Psychological Association.
- Certificate 101 in Transactional Analysis.
- Process Communication Model® I and II training courses.
- Study of Group Work Skills recommended by the Polish Psychological Association.
- Effective Coach: Creativity - Change - Effectiveness, TROP Group in Warsaw.
- During the 4-year advanced training programme of the Transactional Analysis Practitioner in the area of organisations.
- Graduate of the 4-year Psychotherapy Study at the Psychoeducation Laboratory in Warsaw, a programme recommended by the Polish Psychological Association.
- Graduate of the 2-year School of Group Psychotherapy at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation in Warsaw.
- In the midst of a 3-year Core Training of Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Therapy, a programme under the direction of The Washington Institute.
- Stage I of the School for Gestalt Coaches and Psychotherapists - Gestalt Internship at the Gestalt Therapy Institute in Krakow.
My experience:
More than 1,500 hours working with groups such as managers, customer service staff, school principals, HR staff, administrative staff, lower level managers, coaches, trainers, coaches, people involved in helping.
I have worked and continue to work for companies in industries:
pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, FMCG, automotive, legal, clothing, furniture, printing, logistics, chemicals, IT, construction, energy, as well as for educational institutions and local and central government bodies.
