Marta Dragon

Pleased to meet you. As the only one in the Meeting team, I am a Management and Marketing graduate from Poznan University of Technology. Completed the School of Transactional Analysis in 2017 and the Process Communication Model® basic workshop in 2023. I have been with Meeting since 2009, initially as a Secretary, then as an Individual Account Manager, then as a Sales Manager, to now take on the role of Deputy Director of the Meeting Group. Over these 15 years, my role within the company, by taking on the attention of new tasks, ventures and responsibilities has changed a lot and continues to do so. What has remained constant in me over these years is:

• enthusiasm for work,
• openness to new challenges,
• and a huge commitment to what I do.

What I appreciate most about my job is the atmosphere, the flexibility in my work and the variety of tasks I deal with. It makes each day unlike the previous one - that's what I like best. I highly value openness in communication and a willingness to understand and accept the perspective of the other czł person. When interacting with others, I am guided by a smile and attentiveness. In my spare time, I enjoy reading books that broaden my thinking about myself and the other człhing, and lately I have been doing quite a bit of work around acceptance, understanding myself better and releasing what is 'mine' and discarding unnecessary ballast.
