Marta Drażyńska

My name is Marta Drażyńska. My many years of experience have always told me that the foundation of success in business, but also outside of it, is the ability to build relationships with people - whether these are relationships between colleagues, superiors and their employees, within a team, an organisation or with customers. There is no business that achieves long-term success without committed and connected employees. This belief gives me energy and motivation. I am continually fascinated by the combination of in-depth psychological knowledge - about how we function - and business reality.
15 years ago I started my adventure with Transactional Analysis, which continues to this day. I gained knowledge on how to combine psychology and business under the guidance of trainers from Belgium, France, England, Hungary and the UK. For the past 10 years I have been teaching Transactional Analysis myself at the Transactional Academy School, in development and business training. At the same time, I completed my trainer training, Group and Individual Psychotherapy Study at the Laboratory of Psychoeducation. At the moment I am in the process of training in Intensive Short-Term Psychodynamic Therapy in Berlin. Since the beginning of my professional life I have been combining individual and group work, personal development with strengthening teams. I work on overcoming impasses and enhancing soft skills both in coaching and counselling contracts and in group work, as well as intervening in organisations. I believe that self-awareness and the ability to build trusting relationships are the basis for the success of any long-term endeavour in today's business world. I also pursue my passion for development by co-founding a start-up in the new technology industry specifically for psychologists and coaches.
Three priorities at work:
- Building a business on the basis of commitment and relationships between people,
- honesty and transparency,
- an ongoing curiosity about what is happening in leadership and staff teams, as well as in customer relations.
What fascinates me most is the 'human face' of business. Behind every product is a network of relationships, meetings, ideas, exchanges of ideas, inspiration, collaboration between people. It is a pleasure to see how teamwork, commitment and building relationships based on trust translate into concrete results, figures and success in the market.
