Why trust the Meeting Group?
First and foremost - the people. Experienced trainers with a wealth of knowledge, their professionalism and their way of being and teaching made me decide to
to participate in the HR Master programme.
My adventure with Transactional Analysis
began with webinars: first
I attended a workshop on games, then completed training 101 and explored the topic of games in more depth. This sparked in me the desire to continue learning about this
concepts. Then the Meeting Group
offered me to study the AT School, focusing not only on the theory itself, but also on its practical application in the HR field (as part of the HR Master). This learning included.
developing teams and working on
influence in organisations, with a focus on team collaboration. As a manager, managing a team, I regularly have to deal with challenges related to the dynamics of change, team development or difficult situations or simply an engaged dialogue. I have found the answers to these aspects of managerial work in Transactional Analysis and the programme of
HR Master. In addition, fact,
that influenced my decision is this,
That the Meeting Group has more than 20 years of experience in promoting and popularising Transactional Analysis! It organises conferences and workshops with international experts. This long experience translates into professionalism, knowledge and effective learning. Today, for me, AT is one of the most practical concepts that works well in business, which can be used in teamwork and interpersonal relationships. Why trust the Meeting Group?
Many years of experience have allowed
Group Meeting to create the perfect
learning environment, providing support from the best experts and trainers in Transactional Analysis. During the training we analysed many
practical cases and discussed individual questions from participants, which greatly facilitated the learning process.
Before the training, I wondered,
how I can develop as a manager further, as I have already completed many courses. I have worked with various training institutions, but it is Transactional Analysis that has impressed me the most - both in terms of concept and genius
Eric Berne. AT theory offers tools that I can use not only when working on myself, but also when managing a team, for example when diagnosing problems or resolving conflicts. This is a huge added value. When I was wondering what to do next in my
development path, I came across
the AT concept.
Is it worth it?
Definitely yes! I believe that such
programme should be standard already at the stage of study for all,
who will work with people.
What did the training give me?
It was a fascinating adventure, allowing me to develop both myself and my soft skills as a manager. I attended each session with full awareness and was very curious to implement my newly acquired knowledge into my everyday life. Transactional Analysis opened my eyes to many aspects of interpersonal interactions - from hidden transactions, the importance of recognition signs, contracting on three levels and finally the importance of striving for authenticity and autonomy in relationships in an OK-OK position. I heartily recommend HR Master, not only to HR professionals but to all managers, because HR Master is an AT in terms of looking at organisations and teams. It opens up new perspectives on the understanding of human relations and the ability to respond to their dynamics from a psychological
