Yes! What is more, each of us has slightly different needs, depending on our personality type, i.e. the set of dominant behaviours and traits in a person. <a href=\"https:\/\/grupaspotkanie.pl\/en\/product-2\/pcm-tool-test\/\">PCM model<\/a> (Process Communication Model\u00ae) distinguishes and describes 6 personality types. One of these is the Dreamer \ud83d\ude0c.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is the kind of person who likes to analyse in her head the different options of an issue, she needs to have 2-3 scenarios of a situation. Her strength is anticipating consequences. This is an agile person, capable of introspection, works well with things and tasks, especially when given clear guidelines.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A person in this personality type has a very high need for solitude and is perfectly suited to either remote working or a hybrid model whereby they mostly work from home. He has the least need of all personality types for contact. In solitude, she has the space to think things through and sort things out in her head, working to her own rhythm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interestingly, although Dreamers want to work alone, they do not want to be left alone. In managing them, it is important to keep them in mind and send invitations to spend time together, such as informing them about going out for a beer together and encouraging them to join in. The worst possible environment for him is open-plan spaces. In such environments, the Dreamer may find it difficult to stay focused, feel heightened tension and feel that his work is ineffective. This is because there are a lot of people and stimuli around him for a longer amount of time than he can handle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both ends of the continuum, i.e. forcing Dreamers to work as a team and allowing them to work without any human contact, causes them massive stress, low efficiency, professional burnout.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember, we are never just one personality type.
