Its opposite in terms of work-related needs is the Activist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An activist is an action-oriented person. He is persuasive, charming and adapts easily to change. He is quick to implement his ideas into reality, experimentation creates excitement in him. \ud83d\udca1 If we assign the Activist tasks to be done alone or in the company of one person, he\/she will not feel satisfied. He may even feel dimmed by it. The Activist will even organise work of an analytical nature in an exciting way \ud83d\udd25<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you meet an Activist in shared services, he or she will at most be just an accountant for a while, only to immediately become a team leader, making changes and experimenting. The activist needs lots of challenge, stimulation and novelty. Great leaders often have this part of their personality. The activist is able to captivate people with their enthusiasm and tireless commitment to a project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He enjoys working with many people in many different groups. For example, as a taxman, he finds himself both in a group of other tax calculators and in an international group of specialists building a coherent system of financial flows between companies. In addition, he often does voluntary work for the company, organising Christmas parcels and being a cz\u0142on of the Parents' Council. In the family, he is known for animating various celebrations and events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Limiting the activist's work to a group of 2-3 people will be stressful for the activist, as his or her need to experience excitement and stimulation will not be met. He or she needs a meeting room, a flipchart to draw his or her ideas so that others can understand and join in.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember, we are never just one personality type. We have all six: <a href=\"https:\/\/grupaspotkanie.pl\/en\/blog\/empathy-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Empathy<\/a>, Activist, <a href=\"https:\/\/grupaspotkanie.pl\/en\/blog\/analytical-and-unyielding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Analyst, Unbending<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/grupaspotkanie.pl\/en\/blog\/dreamers-office\/%28otworzy+si%c4%99+w+nowej+karcie%29\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">, Dreamer<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/grupaspotkanie.pl\/en\/blog\/rebel-workplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rebel<\/a>. We will furnish our office according to the preferences of the most dominant type, but there will also be a trace of those parts of our personality that were dominant in us before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you know such people?
