I dress how I want! Or perhaps, as my personality prompts me?
Our personality can (but doesn't have to!) have an important influence on our taste in fashion. Which level of personality do you use when choosing your daily wardrobe?
Let's start with the Empath - as we know, he perceives the world through the senses, including touch. He therefore reacts to the texture, softness and airiness of materials, in most cases, prioritising comfort. Whenever he can-he will reject an uncomfortable suit and stilettos in favour of light trousers and a delicate jumper. The empath will make sure that everything fits together - after all, he also perceives the world with his eyes. He or she will therefore pay attention to accessories, nails or hairstyle.
The Rebel's clothing will be characterised by distinctiveness - he wants to stand out, not be part of the crowd! He will opt for unique patterns, colours, cuts. Maybe also a funny print or a cultural reference. He seems to be calling out with his look: "Hey comment on this! Interact with me!" After all, positive contact is its key need.
The dreamer will not pay too much attention to clothing-his world is inside, it is beautiful, rich, diverse. The dreamer has no need to flaunt this outwardly. He is not keen on being the centre of attention - so there is little chance of seeing him in bright colours or extravagant fashions. He will, however, know exactly what he likes - after all, he has thought it through many times - this may be reflected, for example, in his choice of similar coloured clothes.
The activist will not spend long planning his outfit. He chooses styles that will immediately give him a satisfying effect - after all, clothing can also be a form of achieving a goal - for example, to show his position. This mission will be fulfilled by clothes in strong colours such as red, green or fuchsia, often with strong accessories: heavy shoes, cufflinks or an expensive watch. In this way, the Activist will clearly outline his or her place in the group and move on to what he or she likes best: action.
The Analyst's styling will always be thoughtful, neat, suited to the occasion and the weather - after all, he has checked this thoroughly beforehand. He is most likely to choose clothes that are practical, fit together and work well in many combinations and situations. He will opt for classic jeans rather than colourful, embroidered bell-bottoms - he feels more confident in tried-and-tested, classic styles.
Unyielding. He is guided in life by the opinions and views that are important to him. Depending on the values espoused, the wardrobes of the two Inflexibles can differ considerably. One supports ecological demands: he will therefore dress in second-hand clothes, preferably from his parents' or grandparents' wardrobe (after all, for many Unbent, the history of an object is important). The other is committed to quality: you will see this in classic styles made from good quality materials. Still another Unshakeable sees value in being on trend - so he or she will focus on fashionable clothes, from designers or popular chain stores.
Do you find yourself in any of the above descriptions? Or do you dress according to a different rule of your own?
