Closer to the needs of managers
In the webinar recording, we will prove that when HR can take care of the emotional wellbeing of employees, they build strong relationships based on trust and cooperation, the employee feels noticed and important as he is, and the organisation gains its commitment and loyalty.
The truth about needs
We spend a large part of our lives at work. It therefore seems important to ensure that the value of work, to the greatest extent possible, feeds the needs of c1TP1People. The more widely all people's needs are met in the workplace, the greater value is placed on the work itself for them.
We have a natural tendency to simplify and organise the world around us according to certain patterns. What motivated people to work a few years ago is insufficient today. Today, we have to take into account not only that everyone works with a certain amount of experience and abilities, but also needs, attitudes and interests. When we feel heard, seen and valued in the work environment, our sense of importance, value and empowerment grows and then we actually give the best of ourselves. Being aware of the needs of people in the workplace, taking them into account in the day-to-day operations of the organisation, is the right step towards achieving individual and team goals to carry the business to the highest level.
This webinar will introduce you to the world of needs in a simple and clear way:
- You will organise your knowledge of the needs of people in the workplace.
- You will receive practical tips on how you can get to the real needs of your employees to activate them to deal with the problems they come to you with.
