Programme
Executive coaching at AT includes a 5-day workshop, 5 super-vision meetings and a 2-day accreditation workshop. The aim of this programme is to develop highly effective executive coaches using transactional analysis and other theories.

This programme is designed for professionals in organisations such as coaches, HR, consultants and leaders who want to deepen their skills in coaching, facilitation and ndividual development

Experience
We are one of the first teams in Poland applying transactional analysis solutions in organisations. Since 2007 we have been continuously training, developing companies and people based on the knowledge and tools flowing from this concept, and now we are launching the 5th edition of advanced training in AT in the field of organisation.
Executive Coaching at AT
The executive coaching academy offers an innovative and practical set of concepts and tools to support your and your clients' development. The aim of this programme is to develop highly effective executive coaches using transactional analysis and other theories.
This executive coaching academy offers a series of workshop days led by an experienced international trainer and supervisor with 40 years of experience, focusing on the application of executive coaching models to support and develop others in executive coaching.
Coaching client
Participants will provide coaching to the client for a period of three months. The client will receive at least six 1-hour coaching sessions. It is expected that the client will participate in all tools or processes with the tool or process needed by the coach to establish needs and implement the learning contract.
Written case study
The aim of the case study is to demonstrate that the participant has an integrated knowledge of coaching concepts and can put them into practice in their field of work.
At this level, we expect participants to

Final result
At the end of the programme, participants:

gain a clear understanding of Theories and methodologies of executive coaching and individual change facilitation,

develop the competences necessary to work as a coach in the Transactional Analysis approach,

enhance the ability to define the problem and select appropriate interventions in individual work,

gain a deep, personal understanding of themselves, their own professional role and the way they interact with others.
The price includes: a workshop in April and an accreditation workshop after six months' work with the client.

Drs Sari van Poelje
Dr Sari van Poelje is an international executive coach, supervisor and expert in agile business innovation with 40 years of experience. Sari is the director of Intact Academy, where she runs EMCC level 7 accredited training courses for trainers and consultants in 10 different countries. For 23 years, Sari was also a director at various multinational corporations such as Shell, Emi Music, KLM and ASML.
Sari typically works for multinational corporations, family-owned companies and start-ups in a variety of industries. She trains management teams to create inspirational leadership, collaborative culture and agile innovation processes.
She is an EMCC accredited trainer, team trainer and supervisor, Msc systemic team trainer, Msc supervisor, TSTA transactional analytics teacher and supervisor and PCM trainer. Sari has published 34 articles and 5 books on leadership, coaching and organisational change.
