The aim of the HR Master Meeting is to develop an environment HR-owrocers, who know and use Organisational Transactional Analysis in their work. These are regular meetings that bring the HR community together and enrich them in knowledge and practice.
What is an HR Master Meeting?
Open Meeting
A free meeting both for people who want to see if AT will prove to be a useful tool for them in understanding the behaviour of people and teams, and for those who already use AT and want to exchange experiences with other professionals e.g. HR-Masters.

Sharing knowledge and know-how on AT for HR
The host of the meeting will tell you how he/she uses Transactional Analysis (AT) in his/her organisation, share the solutions he/she has developed using its tools. Group Meeting will provide you with an hour-long lecture on organisational AT, according to the host's preference.

Intervision meetings
Advanced group for HR-owers, who have completed the HR Master or the School of Transactional Analysis, will share observations and knowledge from AT. Four participants present their professional examples by defining what question they are looking for answers to. Using AT tools and concepts - they learn about the possibilities of intervention. The whole session is moderated by an experienced trainer - a Transactional Analysis Practitioner from the Encounter Group.

Meet the lead trainers:

Catherine
Balcerkiewicz
I am a psychologist, a recommended Level I trainer of the Polish Psychological Association, a coach, an organisational development consultant and a Transactional Analysis Practitioner.
I have been managing a variety of teams for 20 years. I have experience working with teams and organisations, sales and customer service staff, leaders, managers, directors and CEOs.
I co-founded the first School of Transactional Analysis in Poland, which today has reached its 40th edition. I am the author and trainer of all editions of HR Master. I have been teaching AT for over 13 years. I provide training in Transactional Analysis at an advanced level for managers, trainers and consultants. I am a członek European Association for Transactional Analysis, President of the Polish Association of Transactional Analysis.
I work with HR departments conducting coaching and team coaching for their employees. I am the author of many training programmes for senior management, several manager academies tailored to the industry and company culture. I make owners, managers and employees come to the company with pleasure and the results of their actions translate into more favourable financial results.

I am a psychologist, the only certified transactional analyst in Poland and an AT teacher and supervisor in the field of organisation in contract with EATA (PTSTA-O), training instructor 101.
I co-founded the first School of Transactional Analysis in Poland, which today has reached its 43rd edition.
I am a member of the European Society of Transactional Analysis and the Polish Psychological Society. I am a recommended Level I trainer of the Polish Psychological Association. I have been teaching AT to others for 13 years. I have conducted 14 editions of the AT School and Academy.
I use AT in my coaching and team coaching work with managers, intervening in organisations, designing a change process with clients, in my work as a coach, Team Coach and agile coach.

Each edition of the HR Master Meeting is held at a different host. Location details and directions we send a few days before the event to the e-mail address provided at registration so that participants can reach the meeting without any problems.
Share of part Mastermind is possible only for graduates of the HR Master and the School of Transactional Analysis. This is a space for people with experience of working with Transactional Analysis who want to deepen their competences, exchange experiences and develop their skills in a group.
