Games in teams and organisations
It is useful to know the roles in organisational games and how to avoid them, so as not to reinforce what is destructive in our company systems, but also in our family systems.
What is this training?

4-hour practical workshop
You will learn the difference between individual games and team games, the types of games in organisations and teams and which indicators support this. You will learn about ways to interrupt games.

Practice
You will learn specific solutions that will help you to recognise the person arranging the game in your organisation or team; to respond to the invitation to play and the subsequent moves; not to take on the role of the Spectator who is fuelling the game.

Experience
The workshop will be led by a trainer, coach, consultant in organisations who actively uses AT in his work and implements it in organisations. Training and business development based on AT is our team passion.
Today
about games
Psychological games are now being thought of more broadly than from a two-party perspective. It turns out that more people take part in them and that every game has its observers. This is evident in teams and in organisations. Such games not only allow us to pursue our individual agenda for life, but also support various unfavourable beliefs and behaviours in the system.
Transactional analysts point out that games in an organisation do not happen in a vacuum. They are the result of the immaturity or unconscious needs of employees. They also happen because they are fuelled by various decisions and events in the company, e.g.: the incentive system, the conscious or unconscious heating up of rivalries, turning points in the organisation or struggles for recognition.
Do you have enough ...
... feeling that misunderstandings and disputes are recurring in your team, company and you don't know what their sources are and how to stop them?
... the impression that what you are observing in the team is unhealthy, causes incomprehension or even fear?
... regulating tensions between people in a team or between departments, unhealthy rivalry and mutual resentment?
... the destructive power of games?
What if we said that ...
... you can do all sorts of things to avoid fuelling the games and even create jobs where they are rare.
... you can understand the pattern of the game and boldly interrupt it to avoid leading to a payout, i.e. unpleasant emotions.
... you can teach others what they can do to reduce the risk of gaming.
... you can become aware of the causes and possible options for resolving tensions between teams and individuals.
