The entire advanced training cycle lasts 3 years and includes the necessary number of hours required for CTA certification. The individual modules have been structured to include the knowledge and competencies that a Certified Transactional Analyst in Organisation (CTA-O) should possess according to European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA) standards. At the same time, participating in the entire series, allows you to gain the competences needed to become an EMCC Foundation Coach and Practitioner or Senior Practitioner Team Coach accredited, as well as to enter the Process Communication Model® coach and trainer certification pathway and the Emerging Change Management Practitioner certification pathway. Participants can choose to become certified and which pathway they choose.

Programme
The entire training programme is divided into three years, (19 modules in total). By enrolling today, you make the decision to study for the first year. Afterwards, you decide whether you want to continue learning for the next two years.

Participants
PrAT training candidate entry requirements:
- At least 5 years of practice as a coach, trainer, HR specialist, manager.
- readiness to fulfil the conditions for completion each year.
- certificates for various professional training courses.

Experience
We are one of the first teams in Poland applying transactional analysis solutions in organisations. Since 2007, we have been continuously training, developing companies and people based on the knowledge and tools flowing from this concept, and we are currently launching the 6th edition of advanced training in AT in the field of organisation.
Advanced training in Organisational Transactional Analysis
This is the 6th edition of the advanced training and supervision programme on the application of Transactional Analysis in organisations: Transactional Analysis Practitioner {PrAT6). The programme opens once every two years and a maximum of 14 people can participate.
The entire educational process lasts three years and is divided into three parts:
1st year - individual work with clients
2nd year - working with teams and groups
3rd year - working with organisations and top management
The individual modules have been structured to include the knowledge and competencies that a Certified Transactional Analyst in Organisation (CTA-O) according to European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA) standards should possess. - the development of the personal competences of the person working with the organisation;
- gain an understanding of the processes involved in organisations;
- gaining knowledge and practice in diagnosing organisations;
- gain knowledge and practice in undertaking interventions in organisations;
What you gain after the first year of advanced training under PrAT 6:
What you acquire after the first year:
- 126h of training counting towards accreditation as a Certified Transactional Analyst in the organisational field (CTA - O)
- 21h of continuous development training counting towards European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) accreditation at Foundation level
or Practitioner Coach EMCC
- certified training in the Process Communication Model® (level 1)
- 4 hours of supervision
After the first year, you decide whether to continue learning in the second and third years of training.
