Based on research by Amy Edmondson of Harvard Business School, we have created a questionnaire to assess the subjective sense of psychological safety within a team. This tool is not a standardised test, but a starting point to reflect on the atmosphere of collaboration, openness to mistakes and freedom to share ideas. Treat the results as inspiration to think about what in your team supports openness and what might need more attention.
