I am a psychologist, the only certified transactional analyst in Poland and an AT teacher and supervisor in the field of organisation in contract with EATA (PTSTA-O), training instructor 101.

I co-founded the first School of Transactional Analysis in Poland, which today has reached its 43rd edition.

I am a member of the European Society of Transactional Analysis and the Polish Psychological Society. I am a recommended Level I trainer of the Polish Psychological Association. I have been teaching AT to others for 13 years. I have conducted 14 editions of the AT School and Academy.

I use AT in my coaching and team coaching work with managers, intervening in organisations, designing a change process with clients, in my work as a coach, Team Coach and agile coach.

We have a thoughtful process for teaching participants how to use the Zoom platform. We help with the first login before the training, checking that everything works with the participant before we start. In workshops, you will always receive thorough instruction before exercises that require you to move into virtual rooms. If you don't have much experience, we will help you to learn online effectively and in comfort.

Yes. You will receive both a Certificate of Completion of Training 101, meeting the requirements of the European Society of Transactional Analysis, and a Diploma of Completion of the Online School of Transactional Analysis. It has the same value and rank as the diploma from the full-time Transactional Analysis School.

AT online course to 62 lessons recorded on a VOD platform, an extract of transactional analysis knowledge prepared by one of the most important patrons of AT knowledge in Poland Katarzyna Balcerkiewicz. The AT Online Course is the best available solution for people who are considering investing in AT, who like to learn by listening and watching lectures and who do not have time to attend a School or a classroom or online version.

We do not record the sessions because we work in a workshop and our classes are covered by the principle of discretion. If, on the other hand, you want to refresh the content of a particular module or recall a passage after some time, you can purchase access to the AT Online Video Course, which has 62 lessons on a VOD platform with the entire theoretical part of AT that is discussed and practised within the School.
