Hi, I joined the Meeting as a person from a different fairy tale - more specifically from the IT industry. However, topics related to psychology have always been close to my heart, and human relationships - as in life - exist regardless of the industry.

I graduated in management and marketing and logistics from the University of Economics in Poznan. My predilection for graphic design, drawing and art also led me to the University of Arts in Poznan, where I completed my knowledge of graphic design as part of postgraduate studies.

At the Encounter Group, I am in charge of marketing and B2C customer relations - writing emails to you, communicating on social media, managing web content and ensuring smooth communication with you! Since I like to draw and design graphics and typography are my beloved subjects, I fulfil myself happily at Encounter as a creator of visual messages that you can find on screens and on paper.

What I really appreciate about the Meeting Group is the great communication, collaboration, creativity and sense of humour - all set within a concrete framework, which allows us to work effectively and reach eagerly for the next challenge.

What about Transactional Analysis around which all this is happening? I have my own plans in relation to it, I think I'm well on my way to becoming closer friends with it 🙂
