Dr Sari van Poelje

Dr Sari van Poelje is an international team trainer and an expert in agile and innovation. Sari is the director of Intact Academy, training trainers and consultants worldwide.

She is the co-founder of radical team coaching. She has 40 years of coaching and consulting experience and has been a director in various multinational corporations such as Shell, KLM, EMI Music and ASML for 23 years. She is a licensed teacher and supervisor of coaching. She is a licensed teacher and supervisor of transactional analysis, PCM trainer, EMCC accredited master coach, master team coach and supervisor. She has published numerous articles and books on leadership, coaching and organisational change.
