Transactional analysis
Responsible reaction instead of presumption
Does it happen to you that communication in your team does not produce the expected results?
That despite the best intentions, agreement slips between words?
In your day-to-day work as a leader or HR professional, you encounter a diversity of personalities, different expectations and operating styles. It is natural that it is not always easy to find a common language. And when tensions, conflicts or misunderstandings arise, you are often left with frustration and the question, "Why, despite your efforts, does something still not work?"
Transactional Analysis (AT) is not just a method of communication - it is a coherent and practical model for seeing c1TP1People to better understand themselves and others in an organisation. Training 101 is an excellent starting point that opens your eyes to the mechanisms hidden beneath everyday interactions: what communication roles and patterns emerge in a team, where difficulties come from and how to resolve them effectively.
Through this training, your team gains a common language - a consistent way of looking at relationships and behaviour that translates into effective collaboration and authentic understanding. It's an investment that helps prevent tensions, respond responsibly instead of guessing and build a culture of openness and mutual respect.
Certified Transactional Analysis 101 training is an internationally recognised starting point.
Participants receive an official certificate issued by the international organisation EATA (European Association for Transactional Analysis), which confirms participation in a training course conducted in accordance with AT's quality and ethical standards.
It is not just a document - it is evidence of the start of a journey towards the conscious, effective and ethical use of Transactional Analysis in working with people: in business, education, psychotherapy or personal development.
If you want a team that understands each other, collaborates better and gets satisfaction from their daily work - Transactional Analysis 101 training is for you.
