EMCC accreditation

Professional coaching is not only based on talent or intuition. It needs structure, ethics and continuous development.

We show how to work with people - wisely, ethically and effectively.

Our programmes combine a psychological approach with experience of working in organisations:
🔹 Transactional analysis in an organisational perspective
🔹 EMCC competence model
🔹 Learning based on ethics, self-reflection and real-world tools

In doing so, you gain not only new perspectives, but also concrete skills - to better understand yourself and others, build trusting relationships and foster change that stays for longer.

What is the EMCC?

Standards

The EMCC is one of the most important institutions in Europe (and the world) for high quality coaching and mentoring practice, professional ethics and accountability, clear competence and supervision criteria, and the continuous development of the professional community.

Accreditation

EMCC accreditation is a confirmation that the person coaching or mentoring operates on the basis of sound standards and develops according to a recognised competence model.

Each level is based on an assessment of competence, practice, learning and supervision.

Quality

Accreditation is not just "paper" - it is a conscious commitment to quality, development and integrity in working with a second czł person.

Professionalism,

which is based on solid foundations

Many professionals - managers, trainers, coaches - are looking not only for knowledge, but above all for a coherent, structured approachthat will enable them to understand human behaviour more effectively and support the development of others. They review hundreds of books, attend various courses and trainings, but often feel that they lack a clear framework and tools that they can consistently apply in their work.

Our foundation is Transactional Analysis (AT) - theory of personality and communication, which provides practical models and a constructive map of human behaviour. It is through AT that we understand how different states of the Self function, how communication is exchanged and what mechanisms influence the dynamics of relationships - both in a team and in individual work with a client.

AT helps not only to identify but also to consciously shape behaviour, and to recognise and stop psychological games that can sabotage the development process. As a result, our programmes teach not only to understand but also to apply knowledge in practice, allowing participants to act effectively and consciously.

We lead from a place to which we ourselves return every day

We are pioneers in introducing Transactional Analysis (AT) to work with organisations in Poland. For years we have been teaching how to support the development of people, teams and work cultures - consciously, responsibly and with tools that really work.

It is Transactional Analysis underpins everything we do - both in our work with others and in our own development. We use it as a psychological framework that allows:

🔹 understand human behaviour and defence mechanisms,
🔹 build healthy and appropriate relationships in professional environments,
🔹 accompany the change - respecting autonomy, boundaries and needs.

We combine AT with an approach based on EMCC standards - a European institution that sets the highest standards of quality, ethics and reflective practice in coaching and mentoring.

As a result, our programmes are:

🔹 embedded in psychology,
🔹 methodologically clear,
🔹 oriented towards real development and responsibility.

But as important as it is, what we teach, it is, how we ourselves work on a daily basis. We do not stand by the process. We are in it - as practitioners, supervisors, students and comrades. We care about the quality of our work because we know that what we offer to others must first be true for ourselves:

🔹 regularly we supervise own practice,
🔹 We run team intervision,
🔹 we use coaching and mentoring,
🔹 We participate in training courses - including those by international authorities in AT and EMCC.

Because we believe that true support starts with internal consistency. And you can only lead from a place of return - with attentiveness, humility and commitment.

EMCC - standards that organise and strengthen

Standards EMCC respond to the need for a professional, ethical and comprehensive approach to coaching and mentoring work. It is a model that integrates the different areas of work into a clear system of competences and values, so that professionals do not act haphazardly, but with full awareness and responsibility.

The EMCC is not just a set of requirements, but above all a commitment to continuous learning, reflection and working to the highest ethical standards. This creates the space for real, profound change, not just superficial support.

Integration of knowledge, experience and practice

As in Transactional Analysis, where personality and communication theory creates a coherent picture of human behaviour, so EMCC provides a framework to bring together the psychological knowledge, experience and practice into effective action.

It is through this model that you can take on professional challenges with confidence, confident that your work is based on sound knowledge, structure and professionalism.

Would you like to explore other options as well? Are you interested in executive coaching? Check what is price of executive coaching training in the Meeting Group.

You will benefit most from this solution if you are:

manager or team leader

who want to consciously build effective, trusting relationships and who want to bring about sustainable change and support the potential of teams.

coach

aiming to improve their competence in line with international standards and continuous professional development.

coach

looking for consistent, practical tools that will enable you to work effectively with people and support their development.

professional

who wants to act ethically, effectively and with full awareness of their actions, building trust with clients and colleagues.

Is there other the road?

Of course it does - but does it lead to as sustainable and informed as one based on proven standards and a deep understanding of processes? It is worth considering whether quick shortcuts cost us more than investing in a solid foundation for development.

My first approach to Transactional Analysis Transactional Analysis was not a successful one. I reached for Eric Berne's book "What do people play?" and... it beat me :) However, this did not quench my curiosity. I kept searching for knowledge and forms that would allow me to understand and assimilate this knowledge, until, when I came across the Encounter Group. It's a real meeting place: with fantastic professionals, with other people in full respect of difference and a safe exchange of views and finally with myself. Yes, for me, Transactional Analysis is first and foremost a journey into myself. A bit different, gentle yet accurate and without damage. The training is structured in such a way that you can a step-by-step understanding of the złoconstructed AT construction at times as well as its internalisation. Working as an HR Business Partner, I meet a lot of people on a daily basis and my world is a world filled with relationships, interactions and games. Today I know what I I play, when and what others play. I can more easily and consciously face difficult situations. Knowledge of AT has also influenced my personal life. I have been seduced by the concept of "redecision", which, combined with the I was seduced by the concept of "redecision", which, combined with a good but not easy reading of my needs and those of my loved ones, that my immediate environment is filled with love and tenderness. AT's knowledge and experience accompany me in my everyday life because the effects of the implemented and applied even just some of the elements and constructs give tangible and beautiful effects

In my professional life I work in a variety of roles, from coach, mentor, trainer, sometimes also consultant, both individually as well as in groups. All roles require constant development, learning learning new things, unlearning what is unnecessary or even that is a burden. To accompany me in my development I always look for professional reliable partners to accompany me in my development. is definitely the Encounter Group. I started my journey with transactional journey with transactional analysis by participating in the 7-month School of Transactional Transactional Analysis School and after it I decided to deepen this knowledge in a second training process: Team Coaching. I am currently in the middle of it in the middle of it and I can only confirm - challenging, deeply developmental, plus in a friendly atmosphere. I am happy to have the opportunity to work with experts from areas that interest me, to do more and better for my clients.

Senior Consultant Sandler Training TWAROWSKI&PARTNERS
I work as a trainer and consultant on a daily basis and am responsible for developing sales departments. Many of the sales tools and mechanisms I teach are based on the assumptions of transactional analysis, hence my decision to better understand the foundations. I had some concerns about the online format of the classes being run, although I use this format myself, I know the commitment it requires. I was concerned that, as a participant, I would not be able to maintain my attention and commitment with this form of work. It turned out that my fears were unfounded. Kasia and Joanna's way of delivering the training guarantees complete weariness in the subject matter and 100% engagement. As part of the training we went through all the key issues related to AT (ego states, contamination, psychological games). What I particularly liked - the workshop format, the spaces for sharing experiences and self-reflection. After the training, I have a better understanding of other people's behaviour and my own reactions (both at work and in everyday situations), it is easier for me to identify manipulations, potential conflicts. In addition, AT has helped me to communicate better with others, enabled me to have a new perspective on my own development. If you have a need to improve your relationships (professional or personal), wonder why you react to certain situations or behaviours in certain ways, or just want to have a better life - AT is a pretty sensible choice! ????

If I have any real hobby, it is learning and asking questions. (...) Imagine a psychological laboratory where you take a chunk of knowledge about człhe human being under the microscope and piece by piece look at the constructs of theory under the microscope. You raise your head from above the eyepiece and discuss the findings with people who are as curious about this area as you are. You exchange knowledge, find practical applications, produce small doses of change in your attitude towards communication, relationships and, ultimately, yourself, and apply them in everyday life. You look at what works, how it works and what is still worth working on in a safe environment with professionals who have been moving long and efficiently in the AT laboratory. That's what the online AT School classes are like. It is a journey in the vehicle of curiosity, based on sound knowledge and the excellent workshop background of the presenters. It's a laboratory of knowledge about organisations, relationships, your own design. To enter the world of AT is also to join a community. It is a relieving experience to know that there are plenty of people for whom the view that you are ok and they are ok is the basis for functioning in the world. On a day-to-day basis I manage a company of several people, train and make public appearances. School is not the ring of Arabella - it hasn't changed my world. But it has definitely enriched my behavioural repertoire, in each of these areas of my professional activity. Along with these additional tools, I have also gained a personal sense of increased self-efficacy. This is a very good investment for anyone who is questioning, analysing, looking for effective tools to improve professional and personal functioning.

I found the threads on scripts, life attitudes and individual needs most valuable. Combined, they have allowed me to better realise my own potential and have greatly accelerated the process of getting to know and understand the person sitting on the other side of the table. Professionally, I use AT to explore organisations, naming patterns and possible contaminations within businesses to support them more effectively in achieving their strategic goals.

Attending the Encounter Group's Transactional Analysis School was one of the most important experiences on my professional path. I came to the school looking for new, effective tools that I could use to work with managers, intervening in organisations, supporting clients and companies in designing a change process. I had a lot of doubts about the non-standard, because virtual, form of learning, but a sincere conversation with the trainers of the Encounter Group, their great openness, giving factual answers and very transparent presentation of the programme and organisation of the school gave me the opportunity to verify my fears and make a conscious decision to participate in the AT school. The whole well-thought-out structure of the online school, the engaging form of teaching, the substantiality of the instructors only confirmed that it was a good decision. (...) I have undoubtedly enriched my personal development 'toolbox', which has influenced the quality of my relationships with myself and others. Professionally, I gained a very practical and simple set of tools to use in my work as a consultant designing development processes for leaders and change processes in organisations. The AT School gave me a great opportunity to feel the will and readiness within myself to work based on what is important and valuable to me in my contact with others, in developmental action with the group and the organisation.

Before the training, I had heard a lot of good things about transactional analysis from my boss, a staunch supporter of this psychological theory. I had little idea of AT myself, but already the 101 training had proved to me what enormous benefits could be gained by exploring the constructs and tools developed by the creators of AT. It is as if I finally knewzła possibility to name what I deal with almost every day, in every relationship. It is an amazing discovery! During my studies at the School of Transactional Analysis, I learned a lot of interesting tools that I will be able to apply not only in my work, but also to analyse myself and the relationships I create and develop. The school is a huge mine of very practical knowledge! Is it worth it to start learning? Definitely yes! Thanks to the classes, I have had the opportunity to broaden my horizons and bolster my intuition with concrete psychological knowledge. (...) The trainers are perfectly at home in virtual reality and give you the space to test how you feel AT on your own skin. I have completed the AT School online and I can say that the sessions are conducted in a very effective way, with theory very much intertwined with practice. Professionally, I am involved in HR and I find the AT tools extremely helpful in building a constructive organisational reality.
